“A huge thank you to the west branch staff for going above and beyond to help me out. I was going on a trip to Denver with family and was held up at the airport for not having enough battery life on my poc oxygen machine and missed my flight. No one in the Detroit area had a battery for me and I called and Amy and Cynthia brought me a battery half way to Detroit to meet me so I could make the next flight in the evening. That was so nice.
