The lady who works on March 1st at the pharmacy the receptionist is so rude and does not deserve a job. So rude and I will be contacting a manager as soon as possible

The pharmacy staff was extremely condescending Marsia and the prick whose name starts with an X were rude; lied about calling my name, when my prescription was ready; and wouldn't initially apply my Good RX coupon. The 14 mile and orchard lake Walgreens pharmacy is notorious for abysmal service with rude pharm techs. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I filed a complaint with corporate.

Worst customer service ever! I was hesitant to move my prescriptions elsewhere…. But I can’t take their lack of customer service any longer. This time I called in for a prescription status and they put me on hold for 30 minutes and then just disconnected me. Wow…. They have major issues (technical, personnel, supply, just to name a few). CVS is going to eat their lunch.

I wish I could choose a negative rating.I dropped off a prescription Saturday morning and was advised it should be ready that evening or next morning. Supposed to get a call or text...never did.Now I'm out of town. I had to call the manager to get to someone in the pharmacy. I got Marwa-mgr.Straight from the horses mouth, she said they don't have time to answer calls and let those holding know that they will be with them asap. I get they're busy, but atleast use your basic customer skills to tell people holding, that you'll be with them as soon as possible. Picking up and putting them back on hold doesn't help. It's very basic. However, Marwa said they don't have time for that. Isn't that great coming from a manager! First and last time I use this location.

Terrible service. If Walgreens is your only option for RX find another location. Managers are never available. One of the cashiers had to go back into the office, after paging 5 times, to drag one out to override an error on the cash register. Today I waited an hour to pick up a zero copay RX that was ready. I will be moving my RXs to CVS or another Walgreens.

Manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I overheard him talking with a gentleman that was there doing work on the building. The contractor asked the manager a simple question about getting into a door or something, and the manager was extremely rude to the contractor. He said something along the lines of "you are taking up too much of my time already." And said some other very rude things. I'm pretty sure the contractor walked out of the building. I also walked out, as I dont want to give my money to a business that treats their customers and contractors like that. Sorry you are a middle aged man who is a manager at Walgreens. That doesn't mean you have to treat everyone else like garbage.

Over 50 minutes waiting on hold to get a hold of someone at the pharmacy. The updates on the automatic voice recording counted down how many in front of me… three.. two… one more call ahead of mine… been waiting over thirty minutes as “next in line.”

Incredibly rude staff. I asked if they had a certain medication and told them the name, which I wasn't sure how to pronounce, and the pharmacist rolled her eyes at me. She also seemed annoyed that I was even asking. How are these people employed?

Very unpleasant, often rude staff, specifically in the pharmacy. Poor customer service. Very long wait on the phone for a person in the pharmacy.

The pharmacy is very disorganized. Ive been in discomfort for the last two days and they weren't able to prepare my prescription and then on day 2 they gave me the wrong prescription. Going to stick with cvs for the future

I had an amazing experience thanks to Branda Smiley. She was very patient and helpful. She even took the time out to help me pick out a new cologne which was really nice. Would visit again because of her, she deserves a raise if anything.

I wish I could give negative zero stars. No one ever answers the phone. I’ve been on hold many times for several hours at a time being put on hold not even being able to get a word on edgewise. These people are IGNORANT. They are grossly understaffed. Prescriptions are NEVER ready when it’s time to pick up. It’s an absolute nightmare and this is not just this location I’ve tried 3 different locations it’s all the same. All Walgreens should be shut down permanently!!!! Even corporate doesn’t do anything. I’ve been calling and calling for over 6 months trying to get some help for how bad the service is and all I get is false promises of being called back and no one ever calls.

Beyond horrible customer service! Waited at the drive thru for over 20 minutes while the tech was just looking at me from the window. She didn’t greet or Acknowledge me for that entire time. There were ZERO customers in the pharmacy! When she finally helped me, she was so rude! What did I do to deserve this type of attitude while I was waiting so patiently! What a waste of time. I plan to move my prescription to another pharmacy. Thanks Walgreens for hiring incompetent people!

Have had it with this Walgreens. People sit at the drive-thru window waiting for their scrip to be ready that they just handed in. No one asks them to park and wait for the text saying it's ready so the drive-thru ends up backed up with cars with nothing happening. Have tried calling and sit on hold for ages. Have decided that I am no longer putting up with this Walgreens and am trying to have my prescriptions transferred to a new local pharmacy. The pharmacist from the new pharmacy has called me saying he has sat on hold with this Walgreens over 30 minutes TWICE trying to get my prescription transferred. Shameful and unprofessional. The fact that they even treat their own colleagues with such disrespect shows you how horrible this Walgreens is.
