I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I am not one to leave bad reviews but this is an ongoing issue with this location that needs to be addressed. The young man with the light hair, glasses, and blue eyes that’s always working here needs to be fired. Everytime I come in he gives me an issue regarding my packages. He’s very disrespectful and makes up his own rules due to his own laziness. He has denied taking my packages multiple times and gives the weirdest excuses as to why. I’ll go to another location and they willingly take it with no questions asked. This just goes to show that this is an employee/location issue and not a UPS issue. It’s crazy how I have read so many similar reviews and the location has yet to correct this issue/fire this indecent employee. I will no longer be supporting this location because obviously the management could care less about the customers satisfaction and only cares about the $$$. As a business, I urge you guys to do better and give better customer service. I really hope all of these terrible reviews give the employees/management some insight as to what’s going on and how to correct the on-going issues.

I have been coming to this store for years. A couple of days ago I went back to process a return and a young man at the counter told me that the package was for the postal service not UPS. He said they do send packages for the postal service but mine was just above the size they like. I said no problem. As I was leaving I asked for a bit of tape because the one I used was coming undone to which he said “we don’t provide tape to people”. I wasn’t just people but a long time customer and he can save his inch of tape, but he lost a customer because I am not going back to that location. Reading other comments, I guess attitudes is an issue over there.

I am at this location often. The staff knows me and I always feel welcomed. I like the new self-scan kiosk. The team appreciates when I have all my items in order, and I appreciate how quickly they help me when I do. Recently Alex helped me carry several large packages from my vehicle. Thanks Alex!

This is the best UPS store in the area. The staff is knowledgable and helpful. I was working with Lori when shipping multiple boxes and the service was outstanding. People don't have to wait very long and they know their repeat customers. Excellent experience.

Always rude when I walk in, no one is welcoming.Deb "the manager" is more rude of them all.Dropped off an amazon return and as I was taking it out of the small box she proceeds to say "we don't need the box, you can take that home" I asked if she can toss it and she said "we have no room" then laughs... K Deb!
