This is by far the worst leasing community I have ever encountered. They insist on counting the co-signer financially as a resident, just to upcharge you from a two-bedroom to a three-bedroom apartment. No other communities count the co-signer as a resident. The regional manager refuses to speak to us, and the entire management team is extremely rude. They won't let you speak to anyone higher up. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very modern and extremely well maintained. One of the few apartments locally with an elevator. Staff is attentive and friendly. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Well priced compared to similar options.

Stunning inside. The hallways are immaculate and beautifully styled. The gym is HUGE and never crowded. The team is very attentive.

I’ve stayed at Town Court for a little over a year. The experience that I’ve had here was great. Ashley (previous property manager that got promoted) was incredible in accommodating our move before my surgery. She literally saved us from having to deal with a nightmare of a situation.
The property is safe, cameras everywhere, nothing funny ever went down in the building. Cleaning crew was there almost daily therefore everywhere you looked, things looked brand new.
Only advice would be to try to live on the top floor since having the wrong neighbors upstairs might be stressful (as at any other property). I’ve read comments about walls being paper thin, which I cannot really agree with. It will all depend on who your neighbors will be. We haven’t really had any issues with that.
Upon move out, I was a bit worried about the charges that will be taken out of my deposit. However, the amount deducted was extremely reasonable. It was just utilities that got billed late (trailing balance) and some paint damage that we have caused on one of the wall by sticking something to it. Other than that, got over 90% of the deposit back.
Parking garage spot came with the apartment at no extra charge. We had three vehicles and two of them sat in the parking lot. No issues finding a spot even late at night.

My experience with Town Court Apartments (2 years ago) has been overshadowed by the unprofessional conduct of its property manager, Cheyenne Zaremba. Her behavior towards residents, particularly children, has been concerning. Not only have I witnessed her making threats towards children, but her tendency to lie and her poor basic management skills have exacerbated the situation.
It's disappointing to see someone in a position of authority handle their responsibilities so poorly. Residents deserve a safe and respectful environment, which is undermined by Zaremba's actions. Until these issues are addressed and resolved, I cannot recommend Town Court Apartments as a suitable living option.

Very Disappointed. On the surface Town court seems great but living here has proven otherwise. Between the poorly contructed building and incompetent management the experience has been a nightmare. The paper thin ceiling and vinyl floors echo every foot step into the unit. We are left hearing stomping continuous foot steps and p90x work outs at all hours of the day and night from the unit above. We have found no peace in our unit. Multiple complaints and discussion with management and their supervisors are filled with empty promises and the saga has continued. Unfortunately Beztak is all about the $$$ - instead of making it right and moving you they will try to get you to renew a brand new lease or pay rediculous short term rates. I do not recommend living here unless you can find a top floor unit. Save yourself the hassle and live elsewhere.

I have lived at Town Court since 1/2023, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. For reference, I have lived in 5 states -- wether it be apartments, houses, condos etc. Town Court and their staff are by far the best I have dealt with. Kristina & Ashley, David & his team are world class.Their communication, professional and personal attitude stand out in a not so easy job to manage with hundreds of residents.The property itself is beautiful, cleaning crews are always keeping the inside and outside spotless. Parking is easy, safe and convenient with the gate protected garage option. Units at Town Court are spacious, new, efficient and enjoyable. The bedrooms and closets are large with plenty of room. The kitchens and living areas/offices are also adequate with plenty of storage. Amenities are also fantastic with a modern clubhouse, gym, package room and pool (although small it's still a pool!).If you're looking for a great place to live in the area, Town Court should easily be at the top of your list.

Extremely disappointed in the way this community lacks care and concern for its residents. While Ashley in the leasing office has been really sweet, Beztak does not appear to care about anything but money. There is literally no benefit to living here other than the age of the property. They charge extra for EVERYTHING. I have been contacting their corporate office for a month and no one has returned my phone calls or emails. The service and lack of proper amenities for a community this size leave much to be desired. Cheaply constructed. Definitely not worth the money to live here. Do not recommend.

New building with modern features like keyless entry. The layout and kitchen are super nice. Big closets. Nice community room. The staff is also really nice!
