“I work at the Papa Romanos across The street. lady was picking up some pizzas and she was waiting and got into a conversation with her. She asked me for a place where she could get her oil changed and some new tires. I said to her right across the street at Firestone. She said most places see a lady coming and then try to sell her all kinds of stuff and tell her things are wrong with her car. I said I’ve met Jason, Jacob and the manager Schwin from there and they all seem honest. About a week later, she came in to get Pizza and she said they did a great job on her car at a good price. She was happy. Got to give credit or credit is due. five stars for fire stone West Bloomfield.”

“They really do stand behind their work. I was scared at first for a big job I know I couldn't do that required the dash to be takin apart. They made sure everything was good after even after the work was done. I believe I was quoted a certain number of hours for the job but David ended up spending more time because of some difficulties and they did not even try to charge me extra. That is loyal. I'm sure this guy David works really hard on the major jobs and deserves a award. Erin was also very nice at the service desk and was very professional.”

“Our family has used Complete Auto Center several times. The last was when I brought my 16 year old boys new vehicle in for an inspection prior to buying it. Louie checked out the car and he told me exactly what I needed to do to make sure it was safe and in great running shape for my son to drive. I purchased the car and brought it into the shop, within one day the car was safely on the road. They even sent me photos of the old parts versus the new parts . I have one happy son and I'm one happy mom. The staff is always professional and the prices are reasonable. “I called motorwerks to get a quote for some work that was needed on my sl550 that the dealership had recommend at my last service before my warranty expired. I spoke to Matt who was very helpful, and went over the whole process with me. Dropped my car off and had it back the following day. Not to mention Motorwerks was able to get me in quicker and was significantly less expensive than the dealership for the exact same work! Very impressive shop, and a wonderful staff. I will definitely be back in the future.”

“I had to get my tire repaired due to a nail in it. I normally hate going to body shops because as a woman who stereotypically does not know much about cars, I feel awkward and don't want to be pressured into unnecessary sales. I walked in and was helped within a minute at the most. Brock was very nice and helpful with no pressure but still pointed things out to me that may be needed in the future. I was offered coffee and water as well. The repair was at no cost and I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. The waiting room was pretty warm and very outdated looking but those are just minor nitpicky things. Very happy to have fast service and a no pressure/no stress environment. I will definitely be back!”
“Great customer service
I originally brought my 2019 Challenger in for new brakes in March 2024. Was an easy experience, but after the repairs, I heard noise coming from the new brakes. These guys continued to work on the car until they got a result we were all happy with. I'm sure they'll never want to see these brakes again, but I'd happily bring back my car for any other work that needs to be done. They treated me well and I trust them to get the job done.”

“My vehicle broke down right in the middle of Maple and Telegraph. Called tow truck company and as I waited I googled auto repair shops near by. Franklin Autos had the highest reviews and was close by. The reviews were well deserved! Fixed my car at a very fair price and while I was scrambling with Uber to get back home the owner was intuitive and generous enough to say "you want a loaner"! In this day and age WoW-good work, fair price and empathy has my business for as long as I am in MI.”
