Going to Tappers is always an amazing experience! The staff are incredibly helpful every step of the way. On my most recent visit, I was taking some family jewelry for repair. Margaret made sure that each item was handled with care and it was clear in the jeweler’s notes exactly what needed to be done. Throughout the process, Margaret was very communicative in providing updates or contacting me if there was a change or decision to be made. When I received the items back, I nearly cried how beautifully they were restored.On a separate visit, my mom and I went to a second Tapper’s location to look at their estate jewelry and Julie was also so caring. She took all the time we needed to try on each piece and make decisions, and the guided us through some great warranty options they offer.I’m so glad, once again, I put my faith and trust with Tapper’s. Alec was awesome, he got me exactly what I needed and quickly. I came in 5 minutes or less before closing and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. He even gift wrapped the item, highly recommended!
