Dominique is an absolute LIVESAVER!!! I spent 3 hours combined on the phone with T-Mobile customer support and Apple Support regarding a connection issue for my new iPhone 15 Pro. NOTHING. Get this: Dominique resolved the issue in less than 5 MINUTES. She knows her stuff!!!

T mobile is awful coverage in this area. Don’t accept anything for “free” cuz if you don’t specify to cancel every single thing in your account they will keep charging you!! I had no idea why I was getting charged $150 and they gave me free things we never wanted or used but since I didn’t specify to cancel each free line/sync up drive they won’t remove charges. They are snakes. I’d never use this company again. Customer service is horrible.

I am giving such a high score because Melanie and Daniel were amazing kind courteous and patient Melanie went over and above I came in at 6:15 I had approved for repair claim but my screen was black Melanie contacted claims department and had them email the details to her so she could help then her and Daniel worked to replace the screen and praise God my phone was up and running I don't take this for granted because they could have made me return if I could give them 10 stars I would be the manager fleasha was horrible rude never spoke and had the nerve to be whispering with the two gentlemen and laughing looking at me I was the only one left in the store so unprofessional I understand short staffing but its sad you can't go in a store and spend money without someone making fun of you does she realize with people coming in she wouldn't have a job just a bad attitude its really sad but I thank God for Melanie and DanielGod bless them that's how you treat a customerRoberta Wilson

I'm currently in the store and have been standing here for about 15 minutes. No one has even asked do I need something. I hope I never have to come way out here again. The ypsi and ann arbor location are much much better. Worst location ever

We have had a nightmare with T-mobile!!! BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION AND BEWARE OF THE SERVICE/CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have had Sprint/T-mobile since 2014...FROM DECEMBER till now I have been dealing with a nightmare caused by T-Mobile. After numerous calls spending hours and hours on the phone and in stores I have been left no choice but to come to Google to vocalize my concerns in efforts to get this T-MOBILE created issue resolved. I will be posting on Facebook, Yelp, T-mobile direct, Twitter and all other platforms. I would first like to start off by saying that this entire staff is rude, before my account was even pulled up they said they could not help me EVEN THOUGH I was instructed to go to their store by another location along with customer service multiple times. I am getting the runaround for such a time sensitive issue. I EXPECT that someone will reach out to me. This is literally a nightmare that I would not wish on anyone and the way T-Mobile staff treats their customers is so disappointing.

Out of all stores I called today, very rude. I think if they don’t have time to answer a potential T-Mobile customer then please don’t lift the call and say ‘ Hey we busy at the moment ‘ LOL need more training I guess.

I brought in a new iPhone 13 and a extra SIM card for my sons iPhone. T mobile online sent my iPhone and two sims and customer service over the phone was no help when trying to activate my new device!I went to the west Bloomfield t mobile close to my house! The rep that helped me was Victor. Victor was awesome, very thorough, helpful, polite, and patient! He was dedicated to helping me! We got my iPhone all setup and working, and he registered my son’s SIM card to put in his phone at a later time. The SIM card I took home worked perfectly when I finally put it in my sons phone.I just ordered two more iPhones for my kids for Christmas. If t mobile sends the unopened boxes with sims again, I hope Victor is available to help me out.Is there a way to make a appointment with Victor??Thanks Victor and t mobile west Bloomfield!

I brought in a new phone to be activated. The tech tried different sim cards and the phone did not seem to recognize the sim cards. He told me the phone was defective and I have to get a replacement. I brought back a replacement phone a week later and the same story. He basically gave up. I did some web search when I got home and found he had put the sim card in the wrong slot (My phone has dual sim card slots) and when I tried the right one it worked. But I was without phone service for a week thanks to this genius. T-Mobile better hire competent techs if they don't want to lose customers.

The employees here are awesome. We went here about 2-3 weeks ago hoping to get a new phone. We had just left another T-Mobile where they were very rude and the employees here were 10x better and helped us jump through many hoops so we could get this phone. They helped us for multiple hours and were extremely nice and friendly.
