I agree the Kohl's employees are nice but the Sephora employees are not at all. Not helpful at all and zero customer service etiquette

I was in the store for over 15 minutes without anyone speaking to me. One employee had their back to the counter the entire time. Another walked pass me as well. Then went to the mirror to apply lipstick. Neve acknowledged me even looking at her. I had over $200 worth of merchandise in my hands. After I placed It down and began to walk towards the exit is when someone finally spoke and asked if I needed any help. Must do better. This is why people buy online more because the customer service in the stores don’t care.

Customer service is a myth here … I had a return and she didn’t take it back, she’s like just go sell it online, like I have the time to do that, rude customer service and I will make sure to not spend a single dollar here just rubbish

Extremely rude employee did not want to check us out even when she had nothing else to do. The Kohls cashier was very nice, wish the Sephora employees were like her!

Manager advised they don't accept returns or exchanges from other Sephora Stores in the mall. It's extremely misleading that they call themselves a Sephora Store, but appear to be a different entity. It's inconvenient, not to mention the limited products they have in store, especially their fragrance section. I was initally excited to have a Sephora within a couple of miles from my home. But due to these customer service issues, I'll continue to bypass "Sephora"/Kohls and shop at the Ulta Store a half a mile up the street. On a positive note, Shellie was friendly and very helpful.

Don’t accept returns from Sephora even though it says Sephora on the outside of the building. Ridiculous

This Sephora just opened and it's already the best one I've ever been to. The employee who helped us did such a fantastic job. I visited with my friend who has a hard time communicating because she is nonverbal and has autism. This employee went above and beyond to help my friend. She took the time to figure out her needs, recommended great products, was patient in helping her pick colors, and treated her with so much respect. The store had a great selection but it's the employee's excellent customer service that has made us customers for life. Thank you!
