I wish I could give no stars. I took several items over to donate all in good condition. I also had bags of clothing and some boxes of dishes. I was told that they would no take wood items (a dining room table and a curio that lights up) but they took two if the three leather chairs and the boxes and bags. (light items to lift) leaving to figure out what to do with the heavy wood items that I had in a uhaul that was due back. Thank God for the Habitat Restore who took all the remaining items, including the lone chair that was left out of the set. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANYTHING TO SALVATION ARMY AGAIN! For them to say that they are "Doing the most good", they are extremely picky. Won't see this face ever again.

It was my first time here. Lots of great stuff but some is a bit pricey. Malisa was so sweet and helpful and took the time to help me find a skirt. The cashier Brett was also friendly. I will be coming here again.

Very disappointing. Tried to donate stuff and the gentleman working in the back dock was very rude. Also after the sign said, do not get out of car he was rude to me about that. I wasn’t getting out of the car. Also looked at some of the stuff that had some dust on it and said this is all too dirty. We can take it. Very disappointing in a place that supposed to be trying to help other people. If the stuff was grossly dirty, I would’ve washed or cleaned it before I sent.

Used to be an ok place, it's a scam at this point.. Just saw a sleeveless t-shirt there, that sold for $9.99 at hot topic.. They had it marked $12.99! A used shirt, they got for nothing! Aren't they supposed to be helping people? How is ripping people off helpfull???
Overpriced, scam..

Tried to donate winter coats and staff would not take them. I was told it was because they would not sell. I guess profit drives all. I guess the customers in this fancy area do not need winter coats. I will not return to this store.

I drove over 30 minutes to get here and they locked the entrance half an hour before close, even though the store was still open and people were shopping.

Not a big selection at this location, but sometimes you can find some gems.

This location is the closest to my house and easy access off orchard. I stop in every few months to browse. Not so much for clothes but more so knickknacks and such. I have came here different days and times and there always seems to be a good amount of people shopping so there must be good finds that I'm just not looking for. I have found quite a bit over the years.

Frustrated with my attempted donation drop-off experience. I braved the terrible slow traffic on Orchard Lake to donate a box full of things, only to arrive at 6:02pm to a man in the back who told me they were closed and no longer accepting donations today. The sign says donations are accepted until 7pm... why lie about the hours on the sign?

The regional manager Mandy has ruined this store. She will demand outrageous prices even know policy is too sell no more than a quarter of the value. Idk how many times we've butted heads about her wanting used furniture priced at $200-$300 where I wanted to price it at $30-50 and than it won't sell. We've had employees that want to price to sell things but they get threatened to be fired so The amount of stuff that got thrown away in this store because Mandy has the shelves full of overpriced junk is sickening. She must have a bonus she's trying to collect every year. She's has single handedly gotten around 6 employees quit and we continue to drop like flys when I quit also. I worked the donations and was told I was the nicest person they have donated to but that didn't stop her from getting me to quit.

I’ve been here 3 times in 2 weeks and it’s locked up every time with at least 5 staff members always visible. Their online hours say 10 and their door says 9, but even by noon it’ll be locked. It’s a matter of time before the building is abandoned I guess, but definitely a strange way to pretend to run their business.

This used to be the best store for YEARS, and now it's a dump! The place is a mess, every department has moved around, and the staff is really rude and unfriendly! I wondered why the parking lot was so empty, when it used to be packed. What a shame.
