I was very happy with the service. I wish I would have gotten the young man's name but he was great. He immediately got my daughter measured and gave her a few options. I didn't feel overwhelmed with choices. The measuring process was so smooth and helpful and he was very patient.

Love all my experiences at this place. Mark did a great job. He went above and beyond. My previous time was with Shane, and he also did a great job; going above and beyond, and that’s even when the place was packed with people.

Very poor special order experience. I ordered a pair of Hoka shoes at the Northville, MI store to be shipped to the West Bloomfield, MI store. Got email that shoes were shipped on 12/19. Just for the heck of it, I called the store on 12/23 for a status update and was told they weren’t in yet. On Wednesday, 12/27 I reached out to the main store corporate location where I was told that the shoes were delivered and signed for on 12/21. Where have my shoes been since 12/21?This is the 2nd negative experience I have had with the West Bloomfield store. I was supposed to have a pair of shoes transferred from an Ann Arbor, MI store. Never received a call from West Bloomfield regarding receipt of these shoes even though I am unable to confirm that the transfer was ever started by the Ann Arbor store.Unfortunately, I have to make a trip to the West Bloomfield store when I was directly in front of the store on Saturday. I guess I should have gone into the store on Saturday, but parking was at a premium since it was 2 days before Christmas.Very frustrating and disappointing experience(s).

I recently visited the Fleet Feed in WB. It was my first time as previously there had been another running store in the space. I found the service and assistance impeccable. I will certainly return.

Mark is the biggest asset of this store. Many shoe stores may have fancy feet measuring contraptions and big inventory of quality shoes. Not many stores have sales consultants as patient, knowledgeable, relatable as Mark. Mark was truly interested in finding me shoes that would be best fit for me. When he couldn't, he recommended me a particular product online. He's also not jealous: I overheard him mentioning to a customer that a competing store could have a bigger selection of a particular brand the customer was interested in. Mark is a trusted advisor, if I return to that store it's because of him.

My podiatrist recommended them to me and told me which shoe to buy. Mark was amazing, knew exactly what I needed, fitted me perfectly and I’m very happy with my new walking shoes. I’ve already recommended them to several of my friends. Thank you for a great shoe shopping experience!
