Reviewing for the tour of the place. They were professional and on time. We were in a group of 3 doing the tour. All concerns was addressed and she took the time to talk to each couple in case some are shy to speak their concerns and questions in a group manner. Everything was set up as if you purchased the basic package and it was better than most if not all basic packages.
Will do more review once the planning of the wedding starts

If you’re looking for the perfect venue to have your wedding, THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO BOOK IT HERE! I just had my wedding here back in March and EVERYONE was SO PATIENT, ORGANIZED and AMAZING!
When planning a wedding, you obviously stress about millions of things. But all the staffs made sure my husband and I were taken care of! If we had any questions, they immediately responded back to our emails, they set up our meetings and phone calls so easily, and they made sure every little details were remembered and planned THOROUGHLY!
Besides the venue itself - the florals, decorations, the FOOD, the staffs and servers went above and beyond! I also love how the staffs were not just accommodating for our guests but also for our other vendors. Our guests, to this day, STILL TALK about how incredible our wedding was!
If you want the most beautiful florals, decorations, PROFESSIONAL STAFFS, VIP room, VIP server, the BEST food (the tasting event was to DIE for), and the biggest picturesque wedding, IT’S HERE!!!
Thank you David, Anne, Megan, Sol, Tiffany, our VIP server Alex and all the staffs of Planterra!!!! Shout out to Don for also giving one of my good friends (who’s a huge plant lover) a small tour of the back of the building, where all the plants are beautifully growing!

Beautiful location/venue for a wedding/reception! Only negative is the lack of fans to move air...it is a greenhouse so it gets warm! Still reco.mended.

We hosted our wedding here in February 2024 & it was an absolute dream! The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful throughout every step of the way. It was obvious from the start that the Planterra team are experts at what they do. I cannot thank them enough for making sure everything turned out perfectly and went off without a hitch! The venue speaks for itself - it's beautiful, maintained great, and feels so intimate throughout the evening.
I have continued to hear from guests in attendance that the food was some of the best food they have ever had, the service was impeccable, and the venue was (of course) gorgeous.
Planterra is the definition of a full service venue and made the entire wedding planning process incredibly stress-free. Every detail of the day is thought through with immense care and attention to detail and it showed.
Special thank you to David, Tiffany, the catering crew/serving staff, the entire Planterra team that operates behind the scenes, and especially Solmaria for handling everything perfectly! It was an absolute pleasure to work with you all!

I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Drew and Adam's wedding day at Planterra Conservatory. It was an early February wedding, but being inside you would have had no idea it was the middle of Michigan winter! It was warm, cozy, green, lush, all the things you dream about in a greenhouse wedding! The space is so thoughtfully laid out, and the staff was absolutely incredible from start to finish!

Not sure worth the money. I would consider for small crowd of 50-75 people and for extra special occasions where you want to spend $1000 per guest.
