Ordered a reuben sandwich for St. Patty's Day and there was so much meat on it that we were able to make a pot of corned beef and cabbage soup with what we couldn't eat. Pretty much two meals in one. Super, duper tasty too and whoever waited on us was very pleasant.

Pickle and Rye Deli is a bustling haven for aficionados of traditional Jewish cuisine. The absence of lavish decor is inconsequential, as customers flock here for one reason: the authentic, soul-warming dishes that evoke nostalgia and satisfy cravings. From matzo ball soup to succulent pastrami sandwiches, each dish is a culinary journey through tradition, prepared with care and served with a side of affordability. While the ambiance may not be the draw, the genuine flavors and welcoming atmosphere ensure Pickle and Rye Deli remains a cherished destination for those seeking a taste of tradition.

We’ve been going to this place for years prior to the pandemic and have always enjoyed it- We recently visited after being away quite a long time-The corned beef on the sandwich tasted very good- pickles were spot on, the bread in the breadbasket was dry- and didn’t seem the same as what they used to serve- our waitress was very nice, friendly -The 2 stars for food are for the horrible potato salad- Their ps used to be tangy - flavorful- This was tasteless, potato salad - I used to take a extra order home- A waste of $ - we didn’t eat it-The bread for our sandwiches couldn’t have been smaller and not equal in size- On one side it was a normal looking small slice and on the flip side it was half the size of the other, which was already small- it might as well as not had anything- My husband couldn’t eat his by holding it as it would have been a mess- Mine I could hold but again, small slices- Not sure if we got the end of the loaf slices but disappointing-

Had a terrific corned beef and Swiss sandwich, also a turkey, slaw and Russian dressing. Not sure if I could find a better one any where else. Just delicious. Always a favorite spot.

Absolutely loved this gem of a deli we stumbled upon. It felt so nostalgic and authentic. The pickles and rye bread appetizer was so delicious and a fun surprise. My daughter and I each had the matza soup and we split a corned beef sandwich - both were so good! The sandwich was the best corned beef sandwich I've ever had. The server, Sam was so sweet and helpful as it was our first time eating there. We'll definitely be back again!

Walked in with my wife and we were told by the woman at the front deli counter that we could sit wherever we liked in the dining room. After over 10 minutes of not seeing a single server, and observing one employee walk out from the back to pour themselves a coffee before they walked away, we got up and left. As we left the woman at the front counter didn't say a word.
