2 weeks plus for results and patient portal unable to access. Ridiculous for a person in pain waiting to see what's wrong with you medically. Unacceptable

They billed the incorrect insurance for one of my tests. fine, no problem I'll contact someone to fix this. except I literally cant. I've tried calling both numbers multiple times over the last week and a half, have sent 2 emails, and the urgent care facility I went to for the test has even tried reaching out to them and no one has gotten back to me.

A claim for a test that Orchard Labs claims that they performed on my behalf was sent to Medicare. Medicare paid them $94.08. I just filed a FRAUD CLAIM to medicare because I did not have a test done by this lab. Watch out seniors, check all materials being mailed to you. REPORT FRAUD.

I’m trying to cancel these tests being sent to my house that I did not order. It’s impossible to reach anyone to do so. my next step is to call Medicare and stop payment.

This company is horrible I emailed them to cancel their free otc tests 2 times and called no response . Be very careful when going to this company.

This company just cold-called me asking to confirm personal and insurance information. When I asked the sales rep to provide the doctor who ordered the tests and the lab work performed she said she would look it up and put me on hold. Someone named Myra, claiming to be a supervisor, then picked up the phone and wanted to confirm insurance information. I told her that I would not buy anything and I wanted to be removed from their call list. She ended the call immediately.At no time were they able to give me my correct name, my doctor or the lab work requested, but they kept asking for more personal and insurance information.Be very careful dealing with this company!

After reading the other 1-star reviews of this company, it looks like they've gone from being just a horrible lab to actively trying to scam people.I got a cold-call from Orchard Labs to confirm personal and insurance information. This has nothing to do with a laboratory service. This review has to do with your courier service. Today (12/29/22) while traveling down US23 southbound near I-96 one of your drivers (car #E1) was tailgating me to the point it became dangerous. At two different times I had to break due to the traffic in front of me. Each of these times I was afraid she was going to rear end me. She was so close to my car I completely lost sight of the hood of her vehicle. I find this completely unacceptable and dangerous. As I was exiting the expressway at my given exit she flipped me off. I hope this driver will be reprimanded and held accountable for her reckless driving and disregard to other vehicles driving.

The best medical experience I have ever had! It was so easy and the people were so pleasant. It took 10 minutes at best, including arrival time, and then I got the results in less than 24 hours– great job guys!!!
