Dr is great. Went in for ingrown toenail and she was able to take care of it right away. Home care instructions were clear. After care appointments wonderful. Highly recommended the dr and the staff.

OMG!!!!! Been suffering with my big toe for weeks,tried everything I could think of…ONWARD FOOT AND ANKLE was recommended highly, called and got same day appointment. I couldn’t even wear any shoes for days, I was in so much pain. Dr. Avula is just a sweetheart and sooo caring. She took care of me like a baby. I walked out as if I never had a problem. I am truly moving ONWARD, no pain whatsoever.THANK YOU Dr. Avula. You come highly recommended in my book and God bless you!

4 stars for friendly staff . 2 stars for lack of Diagnosis. I went in for ankle pain was only given an x-ray saying I need to rest more got a second opinion somewhere else got an MRI ordered found out I had a tear in my deltoid ligament. This office visit was from last summer.

Very unprofessional business here.I gave my insurance information to font office staff Dr. Was nice and All but after my appointment a few weeks later- I got a message from my bank that I was charged for my appointment here. So I called to claim that I do have insurance- they claim my insurance was not covered for that time period. But I checked myself with my insurance company and was in fact eligible to use my insurance with this office. I’ve called maybe 10 times asking / begging for my money back and to have them run my insurance again. They won’t call me back!! I’m not sure what the next step here is with this office - but someone needs to be held responsible for stealing my money!! Not okay. Highly don’t recommend this office.

I would highly recommend this doctor. She was so patient, kind, and informative. She doesn’t just look to fix the problem and you have to keep coming back for the same issue. She makes sure that you have the needed knowledge and best treatment plan to help long term. I was well pleased with my daughters care.
