I contacted the store directly prior to going because I had never shopped there before nor do I live in the area. I was in search of a certain style of dress and a certain designer. The drive was far so I wanted to confirm if they had what I was looking for. When speaking to the owner I explained the colors and occasion. I was assured there were many options and they had many styles in the brand I wanted. I was misled. They had one extra small dress in the length and color I was searching for. The owner was not even at the store when speaking with me to verify inventory. A complete waste of time and gas. I did not appreciate the horrible customer service given by the owner.

I went into this store looking for a graduation dress and was pleasantly surprised with the selection of dresses they had. The girls working were so helpful and nice and they carry so many brands that I can never find in stores. I definitely recommend coming here if you live nearby, better than the mall!!

I ordered a Joah Brown outfit as a gift, but I ordered the wrong size. Gabby was amazing when I reach out for help. She got me the right size ordered and shipped to me before my girlfriends birthday. The customer service was immpecable. Thank you so very much.

OnFemme has become a staple store for my closet! They have the cutest pieces like the Boys Lie set I recently purchased. Plus their staff is so helpful and super sweet. Love love love.
