Jacob was great to work with. It was like having my own personal trainer. He explained what we were doing and why and was fun to work with. And Chara did a great job of handling my insurance even when it changed in the middle of our sessions.

I wanted to recommend NovaCare for PT. I recently finished my treatment with Stephanie and she provided me not only with exercises and treatment that were helpful for my shoulders but she used a procedure called Myofascial decompression (known to some as cupping). I highly recommend this treatment and its results.
