Horrible experience. I had to get my nails redone because the first time was just horrendous and even after that the nails were horrifically done. I showed them a simple picture of a blue ombre set (stuff I've seen previously done on their reviews), saying I want it to look as similar to that set as possible. The first time around, when asking for the color the stylist showed me the container behind an insanely bright light, not showing me how it looks on nails before hand or properly showing it to me. When I said that the nails looked more green than I wanted them to he just said "that's what you picked". On top of that, the ombre I asked for? Not there. It's a solid color (not even the color I wanted). Looking at the nails further than the color, none of them are the same length, my two hands aren't symmetrical and they weren't filed down properly. On top of that the stylist I was with spent more time on his phone than with me and I had to wait 2 minutes for him to notice that the gel polish had dried down.
The second time I got my nails done, was by a different stylist. This one explained WHY I didn't get the ombre (apparently they decided to do nail polish on my nails when to get the ombre they needed to do dip, yet no one explained this to me in the slightest), and redid the color. That's it, the color. When explaining what was wrong with my nails I explained the lack of symmetry, the lack of what I wanted in the first place and the fact that my thumbs looked like they were done by a toddler (completely different size and shape than the other nails, and crooked as well). She fixed the color of the nails, left while I was processing and left me to sit there while she went to talk to other people on the other side of the salon and completely annoyed me or spent time on her phone as well. She didn't try to fix the shapes or even attempt to look at anything else I asked her to fix. $65 down the drain. I will never be going to this salon again and I advise no one else does. I could've done better at home with no experience what so ever. Worst part is I'm leaving to go out of town tomorrow and there's nothing I can do about it.

AMAZING I was reading all the one star reviews and I said i will still try it out i got a blue french tip nail design that was difficult for my other nail tech to do at Lucys nails but they are still great. I LOVE nailalistxs very nice inside amazing seating very NICE WORKERS and amazing nail art i highly recommend for only $66 dollars my nails are amazing right now!

I was on a time crunch and Jackson really did his utmost best to get me out of there in time. It was also my first time doing dip powder and I loved it.

I went there with my daughter and we were so happy April who worked on our nails did amazing work she was so nice and helpful and she used sterilized instruments also jaxson the guy who did pedicure for me was so nice and did perfect job we left so happy thanks to them I will highly recommend them

Really depends on which technician you get. I’ve got fair service but also have bad experience. Not only walk out bleeding on my big toe, they also decided to charge me $10 over regular price without mentioning anything during or before service. I’ve only had basic nail colors. Really don’t see why I got charged extra. Or could be because they suddenly switch technician halfway through my service?

I was a new customer here. Went in there and wanted a French manicure style on acrylic they said they couldn’t do it unless it was gel on top when I have done it a number of times without gel on top. Just another way to get more money. I tried to tell the man I can’t do gel because I have an oily nail bed, and just as I assumed four nails broken after one week and $95 later. Total waste and a terrible job. The nail tech I had was also very rude. I won’t be back

The tech actually listened and saw that issues I was having and fixed them. She's completely reshaped and refilled my nails to a much more comfortable state. Even did this amazing nail art.

I'm so disappointed in this place! I guess they're only "experts" in dip because when I booked a full set they thought I wanted that. I clarified I wanted acrylic (which is the usual go to for nails for most people) and the guy I got said he doesn't usually do acrylic (I only found this out far into the process or I would have kindly declined). He should have had an expert in acrylic nails do them instead! So that was a shock already since I didn't know some couldn't do acrylic. Anyways, the whole time I was there I had to hear about how he doesn't do acrylic and how long they're taking (so now I know why he doesn't do acrylic, he doesn't want to put in the work to do them as dip is less time consuming). Then he kept talking about how they're super long when they're a normal length. At the end, he told me to be careful because they are thin for the length I chose. Another shocker! I asked him why he made them thin and he said that's just how he does them. He said no lifting or heavy duty labor while I have them. That irked me because basically I'm limited in my day-to-day functions. Then, I noticed that he didn't even get close to the cuticle so right away after I left it looked like there was growth. A week later, it looks like I've had my nails on for a month and sure enough, one is cracked despite being careful. I spent $61 for useless nails that looked old and now are cracked after one week. Will never return to this place! You can see the mess below in the pics.

I was a walk in. They told me they could get me in right away for a dip manicure and a regular pedicure. They did. I had two different technicians; one for the mani and the other for the pedi. I was very satisfied with both. I should probably add that I am not the easiest person to please because I am very particular.
