Thank you to the team at this location. I called looking for my son the white Air Force ones. Initially, I was told they didn’t have anymore. Disappointing but understandable due to this being a popular shoe. Plus, I’m looking for it the day before Easter. However, just a few minutes later a salesperson called me back to inform me that they found a pair and to come pick them up. I appreciated them doing that. It made my whole day. It was a small gesture but it meant a lot.

I visited the location on Northwestern Highway. Customer service was great. This store did not have the sizes I needed, but the manager called around and located the items I wanted. I was able to purchase from another location because of his efforts. I will return to that location for my shopping needs! Thanks again!

this store is so bad. i was there to buy the bred patents. there was a raffle, and a couple people won. apparently your only allowed to buy 2 shoes if you win the raffle. some guy bought 10. just shows how ignorant this store is. the old lady there is so careless. Shes so blank, for some reason. everyone else couldnt care less about what happened.

I felt it only right to update my recent review. I had an issue that was resolved quickly. Nevertheless, their shoe selection is decent plus they sell clothes and backpacks. Variety is decent but to tough a focus on being trendy. Their selection isn't unique but it's definitely worth paying them a visit.

Extremely poor and rude service. Came in to shop and was told we needed a mask and the girl offered to sell some. We said no because we had masks in the car. She then proceeded to call us cheap a** because we didn't need to buy her masks because we had our own. I will never spend a dime in your store.

This place needs better management and workers. If you are vaccinated or have a medical reason you don’t have to wear a mask. The girl getting paid minimum wage went out of her way to tell whoever in the back I didn’t have a mask. I’m vaccinated and I’m pregnant I have both reasons that I don’t need a mask anymore. My husband was wearing his. Clearly the ten dollar worker has a power struggle. She needs a life! Don’t give them business! They have a handful of lazy workers that would rather kick the small business they were getting out than work. Not surprised ?. They won’t last long here.

Came in the other day to pick up a pair of shoes. It was my first time in the store. I talked with the girl at the front desk a bit about when they changed over to snipes and how long the store had been open. She was very kind and had no issues answering my barrage of questions. She grabbed my shoes and went back to look for a pair of shoes I saw for my daughter as well. Customer service was great and I will definitely head back to the Snipes West Bloomfield store again.

This place deserves a half star.. I walked into the store looking to purchase some shoes.. absolutely nobody spoke to me nobody asked if they can help me.. then when I stopped someone to asked a question they acted as if I was just bothering them... NEVER!!!! Going back
