Just top notch across the board.
Good honest decent people with a garage looking to help if possible, rather than gouge you like some of the competition.
If something needs to be repaired, they'll break it down for you and if it doesn't, they're not going to make up something whole cloth, just so they have an opportunity to make even more money off of you, and no sudden surprises arise out of nowhere that need to be addressed immediately.
Straight shooters who know the meaning of going the extra mile!

This is specifically for the garage. These guys are great. They won't fix what isn't broken but at the same time when you ask them to look over the car they can find/fix those little noises you were wondering what they were. Cost effective and completed on time. If you weren't caught in the vicious cycle of leasing and use your cars for more than 40,000 mi, I highly recommend.
