“Thank you to the team at this location. I called looking for my son the white Air Force ones. Initially, I was told they didn’t have anymore. Disappointing but understandable due to this being a popular shoe. Plus, I’m looking for it the day before Easter. However, just a few minutes later a salesperson called me back to inform me that they found a pair and to come pick them up. I appreciated them doing that. It made my whole day. It was a small gesture but it meant a lot.”
“There are not enough word to describe how amazing the employees at this shop are. Every time I’m in the shop I feel so very welcomed and I feel like I can ask any questions I need. In particular Jack went above and beyond to take care of a snowboard I was giving as a gift and brought it back to life perfectly. 10/10 recommend this shop over and other shop for your snowboard gear. They always keep a very good stock so if you need something same day, you will find it.”

“Probably the best managed retail business in the Mall, maybe in the state.As a business owner customer satisfaction is always pre-eminent. At the Oakley Vault your greeted as a VIP every time you enter.My recent visit was absolutely fantastic. The girl cleaned my gold Oakleys for me and showed me everything Oakley for 2024 while I waited. I discovered through her personal professionalism how may products Oakley has available that I never knew about. She gave me a breathtaking walk through complete white the history of the product line and how it related to me as a consumer and a long time motocross racer and journalist. “I was looking for an outfit for a Diwali party. I found a great dress but also had an enjoyable visit and gained a lot of knowledge about appropriate clothes for Diwali and the upcoming wedding I'm invited to. Patient and knowledgeable staff. Wide selection of styles, colors, and sizes (surprising for such a tiny shop). A few days later I brought in my very dubious husband; he found several outfits he liked (and bought two!). Good prices (as far as I can tell from comparisons online) and they do alterations! What's not to like?”

“I'll start off by saying I'm probably a little too old to shop here, but I needed a fun shirt for an outdoor wedding in a size small. A harder task than you would think. I tried the usual suspects, kohl's, Macy's, target,old navy, etc. Walked in here on a whim. A nice young guy (wish I remembered his name) helped me out immediately and found what I needed within a minute or 2.”
“Having been to a good number of Kohl's locations in the Macomb/Oakland area, recently shopping at the Auburn Hills/Lake Orion location was the by far the best Kohl's experience for me. The first thing that immediately caught my attention was how clean and organized it was. The ease of finding what I was looking for was flawless. Upon checking out, there were 4 open registers at approximately 1 pm. That's a WOW! The young lady at the register who had taken care of me was eager to accommodate and sincerely friendly! I don't often leave reviews for multiple reasons. I felt compelled to do so in this circumstance, seeing that my experience really was excellent!”

“Great store with really unique products!!! They have super cool licensed apparel and products that are super popular like Totoro, Disney, Harry Potter, Jurassic Park, and Anime shows. They have lots of things like clothes, backpacks, mugs, notebooks, and stuffed animals.
