“We ordered this device for my grandmother about a month ago. We have been pleased with our service so far. There was an issue with charging and when calling in spoke with CSR Lisa who has been able to give us some trouble shooting tips. Lisa was great with understanding the issue we have and was able to walk through the steps on a device she had so I could understand what the device will say and do when I walk through the steps with my grandma. We even walked away with plans for if this did not resolve the issue. Thank you Lisa & Medical Care Alert for helping my grandma (and me) have some piece of mind!”
“After spending two days bed ridden from a strained groin muscle, and no aid to help me walk, I was desperate to find a pair of crutches. After checking all my resources, I finally searched medical supplies on the internet and came across MI Medical Supply. Upon making a phone call and explaining my handicapped situation, the customer care lady I spoke with had a pair of crutches delivered to my home with in a few hours. I just want to say to her how grateful I am for the empathy and concern she put forth to helping me with my dire need.

“Unbelievable experience with the DME source. I worked and continue to work with Bianca and she is super knowledgeable, fast to respond and friendly. I was able to get my breast pump with little to no effort on my part, Bianca handled everything AND even put me in her planner to follow up 3 months later when it was time for replacement parts so I didn’t have to.
