“What an incredibly charming group of extremely lovely, both inside and out, young ladies at the front desk!
They were so incredibly helpful and genuinely kind and caring. And both of them had these amazing collections of figurines, a patient drops off new additions when he's in. He makes them on a 3D printer and they are so cool, I want to run out and buy a tiny 3D printer.
Next time I am there I will take some pics as they need to be appreciated and seen by the public!
They also had a bowl of wrist bands with motivational sayings and such, which were awesome! I can include pics/video of both of them.
Kudos Henry Ford Lab Services and Henry Ford Hospital.
I love that one of the history's greatest anti-semites and spreaders of Anti-Semitism throughout America has the hospital system named after him giving this Jewish guy top notch medical care!

“I had my blood test done when I was pregnant with my son and it matched with the father. His mother told him that the results could have been wrong because of the bad reviews on BBB. Which made him not be there for my whole pregnancy but when he was born, we did two more DNA test that confirmed that he was the father. He has been in our life ever since. “My 10 year old daughter needed her blood drawn and we had a wonderful experience here. Her lab order wasn’t in the system so Beth called our doctor’s office at 4:15pm and was able to work it out with them. She then came back with us and helped keep my daughter calm and still while the phlebotomist drew her blood. He was super efficient and accurate.”

“So yes, the location is in the basement of this building, but the service for bloodwork was very good. For some reason Beaumont/Corewell couldn’t do a test on my list, but Labcorp does everything so I drove over and got in quickly. The women there were very nice and efficient. I think the reason the check-in iPad is there is because the same people who check you in also do the lab work, so there may not be a person at the window.”
“Very easy, signed in through the text message on my phone, walked in, waited maybe a minute to be taken back. The woman that took my blood was very good and I was out within 10 minutes total. Very happy with the service I received.”
“I have been a patient of Dr. Antone's for I believe it should be 18 years now when I first was going to Henry Ford's..Dr. antone is a great doctor and I can talk to her about anything...I trust her advise... recommendations and referrals..There has been a time I was unavailable to come in and we set a telehealth/phone appointment. She is a beautiful person...mom...and doctor. I have even referred my mom.. brother and sisters to her. So you know she's good! ???”

“I went with my 3 year old for his lab draws. Dionna and staff were lovely. The moment we checked in, we were greeted with a smile and updated on our wait time. Which was very nice when you’re waiting with the three-year-old. Dionna was so great with my three-year-old and did such a smooth lab draw. My three-year-old actually left with a smile (and hot wheels stickers). Thanks for making this a positive experience!”
“I had a great experience yesterday for my Thermascan. The last one I had was a different company, with different equipment, and it wasn't the best experience, they couldn't get the measurement right, my shoulders sit lower than most people, so they were struggling with the equipment and I sat there a long time feeling self conscious and exposed, especially in the brightly lit room. The new location is really nice, I like they are using the ice water method, I feel it is more thorough and it doesn't matter how low your shoulders sit. The room was also dimly lit and there is a screen to sit behind, it was much more comfortable and I didn't feel so exposed. Andrea was wonderful! She was so easy to talk to and kept me from feeling nervous. She also chatted with me while my hands were in the ice, so it didn't feel like it was too long. She was so kind and made the whole experience so much better than the last place. I was really dreading my appointment, and now I'm feeling so much better about next year's appointment. Thanks Andrea for being so good at what you do. ❤️”

“Recently I had a simple urine test ran, typical lab charge $35-65 dollars for this test. That's the reasonable and customary amount where I am. There was an issue with the billing. I suspect my primary care Doctor didn't pass along the correct information for the Lab, which isn't surprising since that same Doc billed an exorbitant $674 for a 16 minute office visit dated March 2021. That was separate from Helix . In an attempt to clear up the billing error Bob from Helix Diagnostics reached out to me to resolve the issue. hopefully it has been resolved. fingers crossed”
