After much consideration and helpful advice from Maria, I decided to color my gray for the first time. Medium brown with a few highlights - love it!! Maria did a fabulous job with both my haircut and color. She is not only a great artist, but also punctual, attentive, informative and super pleasant! I have been to my fair share of excellent stylists from Los Angeles to Michigan, but I have to say -- Jackie is a master! She is a master barber but she is also a master stylist! After receiving a botched pixie cut at a "top rated" salon, Jackie saved the day. I had a feeling she would be the best, and she is! I look and feel 100% better. Thank you for making my holidays brighter!

My first time at this salon after looking at numerous salons in the area, and I received a great haircut plus some education about cutting hair! Jackie was so thorough and informative, and she’s got a wonderful personality.The only thing I should have asked going in was what the cost would be.

Well one advice , this salon is an absolute joke and literally right now I am looking for a new salon to fix my hair . I came for a haircut , Lauren cut my hair which is completely uneven from everywhere , somewhere its long somewhere its short. She did not even use one drop of water (may be that resulted it all uneven shape), no hair wash and absolutely no sense of what to even do, she did not ask me what I want and just started cutting my hair .I had really long hair upto lower back and she made it till collar bone which I requested but now with the disaster already done , imagine my situation , how would I even fix it now . All I expected was salon to tell me that the stylist is not much experienced and also their website does not have her name listed. This was my first time here and I know I am never coming back . You just know if a person has any experience and I did not find her experienced enough. This salon is just taking appointments and bringing in some amateur to spoil you hair . Beware ! Beware !and beware ! Don’t go here if you need a hair cut. These salon must understand just to make money you can not spoil someone's hair . If you don’t have experienced stylist please don’t give appointments . Worst experience ever !! Audacity of owner is asking me to come back and take my money . Not even an attempt to say I can fix your hair . I kept on telling him that it’s not about length and it’s about how my hair looks uneven . He says I have never had a complain for Lauren . Does not even want to consider the fact that I have had a terrible experience . Money is not what I needed back , I was expecting a response that I can take a look and try to fix it . My daughter myself and both of my grandsons all go to MarioMax Salon. Everyone from the front desk staff to stylist are above a beyond kind friendly welcoming and accommodating.
