I got a permanent bracelet from them and was advised it was tarnish proof. I paid close to $100 for the bracelet with an added charm and after wearing it for a few months it all started to tarnish. I sent them a message with no reply on their Facebook page. About two weeks later I saw them at a vintage market and explained the situation. They advised me they would replace it but they had no appointments that day and the wait was hours long. I asked if I could be bumped ahead due to the situation and they said no. After trying to coordinate another day to get my bracelet fixed it just wasn’t working out. They are far from where I live so I have to go to a pop up location. I was advised to cut the bracelet off, which I did. They were out in my area in May months after the original message and they didn’t have a time slot again. I feel that if you have a customer purchasing something this expensive from you, and your product is faulty you should be going out of your way to accommodate them. (They did mention that the bracelet I purchased was tarnishing so it was pulled from their line) RED FLAG. Anyone with this bracelet should’ve been accommodated upon reaching out. So I’m out $100 for wearing a bracelet for maybe 2 months. They have terrible customer service, and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Lolly Ella is amazing! Their jewelry is high quality, on-trend, and priced great! You can find great gifts, jewelry/accessories for a special event, and amazing every day pieces. There is truly something for everyone! They are also family owned and are so friendly and such a pleasure to work with (but NOT pushy at all). They make your shopping experience comfortable, personal, and they truly get to know their customers. They are my go-to for all jewelry and I honestly wear everything I buy from there. I also love to support a local business that treats their customers well and always has what I want. This is definitely my favorite jewelry/accessory store!

A beautiful store filled with reasonably priced beautiful costume jewelry and accessories. As of this week, they are closing the brick and mortar store to focus on pop-ups and their online presence. The owner and her four daughters are all lovely people. I highly recommend keeping an eye out for their pop-ups, liking their Facebook page, and checking out their website

I have known the Strauch family for over 20 years and they are some of the most kind, loving and generous people I know! They have given thousands upon thousands of dollars to charity. I love shopping at the store! I always leave feeling more joyful and encouraged than when I went in. I love the products and the personal touch of having them help me find just the right piece to accent my outfit.

I love this place!! I always feel welcome and they are always greeting EVERY PERSON that walks in their store. I have known them for years but they treat all their customers like they have known them for years. They are very generous and always doing events for great causes! I go there to shop when I need something and even when I don't . I also work in retail and get compliments on things I have purchased from them. I can't I think of one negative thing to say about Lolly Ella! If you haven't shopped there you should really check it out. You will LOVE IT!!!

I found this place a couple years ago and I love it! The ladies and I always have great chats and I ALWAYS leave with what I needed 💓ðŸ›. To say they are anything but kind people is malicious. I used to love stopping in for small, unique, and reasonably priced gifts for friends and family. However, today's shopping experience was anything but ordinary. From increased prices (which is fine considering the improved product quality) to blatantly obvious racism and incredibly rude customer service, I highly doubt I will step foot in this shop again and I will make sure my friends and family hear of my experience. The ladies were sweet and friendly with everyone in the store except myself. Not sure if it was the stress of the holiday season, but it is highly unprofessional and plain unnacceptable in today's advancing and global world.

Met these ladies at the Lingenfelter Shades of Pink fundraiser. So nice and you can tell they LOVE what they sell. The jewelry is quality stuff and their prices are VERY reasonable. I looked at their website to see what I may have missed at the event and love so many pieces. Definitely worth a look or a trip to their store!
