Third time getting expired items from here. Not a day, not a week, not even a month expired! Coming up on 6 months past the expiration date! This store absolutely sucks! Shop elsewhere to alleviate unnecessary stress caused by this store and the lack of pride in its employees, especially those whom have control of fixing it.

Selection is fine, prices higher compared to other stores. There were NO full service checkouts. Woman yelled at us when we experienced difficulty with the scanners. We have choices and we won’t be coming here again.

Nice store customer service is a 4/5 the store is clean some things are not on shelf’s but they always try and get it out asap I will return!

This store is usually very pleasant, with friendly employees and stocked shelves.At my recent visit, they only had self scan available with one cashier to assist. Having a larger order (roughly $200 for context) I went through the self scan with a full belt. The scanning system was so difficult I had to request assistance more then 5 times from the cashier due to various issues.As the cashier was busy, I asked for the store manager so I could alert him to the difficulties. Uday came out of the cash office to speak with me.As I was trying to let Uday of the issues he was visibly annoyed and left mid conversation. Another customer tried saying something about the difficulties and he ignored the customer and walked away.It’s frustrating, as a customer, that the store is open but the employees are so busy closing they sacrifice the customer service to work on something else.I hope that in the future this locations management staffs two employees at self scan to help customers - or make the system less prone to errors and issues with the belt, scanning, coupons, accepting credit card, etc.

Came to do a click list return which customer service claims could not be done except by "click list" -despite my 5 year history of using click list and NEVER having an issue with in store returns. After waiting 15 min in the customer service line (with only 2 customers ahead), they called the click list representative who said he was working alone and in the middle of an order. After 20 min now wasted, decided to go to a different Kroger. Not only was my return processed in less than 5 minutes, it was done without an attitude , without clicklist and with a pleasant customer service rep. This Kroger has non existent customer service and passive aggressive employees whose bad attitudes are legendary!

This is the worst Kroger in history! It has been that way for years! Today, on a Sunday morning, the deli counter was not open, and there was not one single package of the pre-sliced deli meat or cheese. Half of the produce was empty. Half of the orange juice was missing. Expired products on shelves. It was dirty. There were seemingly no management. The store sucks! I would avoid it if you can.

I’m so over this Kroger. The associate at the customer service desk was rude, arrogant and he totally ignored me when I was the only person in line. I’ve been a loyal customer for yrs and for the most part the associates, especially Cameron (he’s my favorite) have been helpful and nice. It’s too bad that one unpleasant experience can ruin my impression of this Kroger. I’m looking forward to switching up grocery stores! Costco here I come.

Older lady very rudely told me they can’t my check without even looking at it. I went to the car and called to verify and was told they definitely could but now nobody could. So I’m assuming she was getting off work and just didn’t want to be bothered. Ridiculous

Absolutely Terrible!Firstly they never have any lanes open except the u-scans and the single u-scan belt lane so good luck if you are buying a normal amount of groceries. The belt lane was essentially inoperable reversing on me multiple times, saying I didn’t scan things that I heard the audible beep and saw on the screen initially, the lady had to come assist me 5 times! Took me 30 minutes just to get through the scanning and paying portion of shopping.The deli is never open when I show up after work(you’d think that would be prime shopping time for most people).Just an all around TERRIBLE customer experience. Don’t believe me look at all the reviews on Yelp lately and see the same sentiment echoed.
