“Firstly my check in time was at 4pm however was there earlier and I was granted an early check in with no issues. Food was great , hotel just open in June so you would know how clean this place is. Dnt think about it just book ur stay. “Our 1st time staying at one if your properties. Rooms were great, pool was great, service was great. Only suggestion for readers of reviews: I overlooked this place does not have complimentary breakfast with room purchase. They have a made to order of a menu which comes with extra costs. The nearby Wendy's is horrible with customer service. Do not go there! The HUB STADIUM next door to hotel is awesome!Thank you for a great stay and if we're in area again we will come back.”

“We were in town for a big volleyball tournament and everyone treated us great! Especially Kordaye who provided great service on the bar/lobby area. Even tried to teach me some line dancing!
They also had free Starbucks coffee in the am which was much appreciated!
I would recommend they add towel bars or hooks to the room though as there was no where to put your wet towels. Loved that there was a mini fridge but a small freezer in it would have been key.”

“People make the difference, and this location has great people. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a great stay for a baseball tournament. However, I made a horrible traveler's mistake and left a backpack with a laptop in the room when I checked out. When I called, in a panic, Ali, from housekeeping, had already brought my bag to the front desk. Sarah at the front desk took care of everything from there. We emailed a shipping label to her, and she took care of it from there. When you have people that will help you out in a pinch even after checkout you found the right place to stay.”

“This hotel is nice inside than what it looks from the exterior, I was shocked at the pricing of the rooms. The cost was higher here than other "luxury" hotels and the rooms are smaller, the rooms are very nice just small. The restaurant was nice, good food with a good selection, everyone was very pleasant with a sense of humor.”

We are staying a big group of people for work reasons and I must recognize the great treatment of Debra, one of the ladies who is in charge of breakfast. The entire team must leave before 6:30 am and breakfast time only begins at that time. However, Debra allows us to have something to eat beforehand and she treats us very kindly and makes sure that we have what we need for food before we leave. I think the best thing about this hotel is HERs service.I've been here for several days and the stay has been good. “Some coworkers and I came here for a CPP Rally through our company. The hotel was very clean and had upscale features and beautiful views. We also enjoyed an amazing breakfast at their Bistro while waiting for our meeting to start. I ordered some loaded breakfast tots with scrambled eggs, and it was delicious and worth every penny. They had great customer service and took such great care of us. I definitely recommend visiting.Food & drinks: Their Bistro is a bit pricey, but the quality of food and drinks they serve makes up for the price.”

“EZ Rest has been around for a long time needs updating and didn’t even have WiFi smh doesn’t accept not pet friendly had to leave cause I had my little yorkie with me but soon as I come out my room all I smell is weed so you can smoke weed but not have a little house dog that’s potty trained make it make since. It was very convenient store walking distance and Wendy’s next door”

“It's a bit out dated ,and could really use some vacuuming and shampooing and new blinds .The bathtub had a catcher in it .it was full of old hair and gross stuff .other than that it's quiet ,safe ,there are no homeless or drug addicts in the parking lot at night .The owners are very kind .which is why I gave this motel 4 stars .I didn't give it 5 because it needs a thorough clean.There are no bugs at this motel .That is huge .Rooms are very nice ,very big .Gas station near by fast food within walking distance .”

“The place is nice. It has a full kitchen and upon check-in, the frontdesk are kind and friendly. They were very accommodating and informative. however there are few things I would like to note.1. The reception said that she will provide me the kitchenware since she was already done for the day but the day came nobody provided me those, I followed up with them twice via call and still no kitchenware arrive. I had to go to the front desk and talk to frontdesk before they would provide me with the kitchen items that I need and still missing 1 item (draining rack). She said there was no available but will have 1 the next day. She said she will give me as soon as it is available. Now, it's my 2nd week it has not arrived.2. It was stated during the check-in that the housekeeping is done on the 8th day of the stay which was a Saturday. Before I left for the weekend travel, I asked frontdesk if they will clean the unit even without my presence which the front desk confirmed. When I arrived Monday, the room was not cleaned. I had to followup and it took another 2 days before it was cleaned up.3. I am not sure if their hallway was vaccumed but it's smelly and dusty. My allergic rhinitis is triggered.The hotel is good overall but they don't provide something that they promised. If you don't ask, they will forget about it.They were never proactive.Rooms: The room is nice. It was a kitchen where you can cook. The hotel provides kitchen ware”
“Our Pittsburgh hockey team was looking for accommodations midway between the three Detroit arenas, where we’d be playing, and decided on the Hampton Inn-Detroit/Northville. Reserving a large block of rooms for an entire team is always a challenge, but especially when doing so, last minute.Leonardo was wonderful to work with and made the process seamless. He handled every request efficiently, and was courteous and professional with each and every encounter. The newly renovated hotel was clean and the staff was beyond accommodating. They even agreed to come in early, to prepare breakfast before their usual start time, so our team could eat prior to our early morning game. I highly recommend this hotel. We will certainly be staying here next time we’re in Detroit.”

“I am blessed and greatful for this place.They was the only ones that gave me a room.When you need too get your family off the streets,this is your place.They need too paint and upgrade a couple of things but if I got the money,I'll be back.I ran out of money so I had too go.I kept my room clean but they do have Housekeeping. The tv works and the bed was comfortable. They do have a little roaches but they do spray.I seen and killed.The owner or manager very nice.Thank you cranbrook, you helped me too clear my head.”
“Amazing hidden gemFor $99 I had 2 fully comfy cozy beds a large screen TV. Coffee maker in room with all the fixing. All brand new carper and decor. Amazing absolutely amazing. Great fit for a stay cation. The staff is amazing also. So accommodating and friendly as well. Very professional staff. In fact the gm Rami got me an early check in so my kids could swim with mothers day. Daniel thenight manager was very kind and informative and moved me to a different room when my TV wasn't working. And the hot tub pool and workout rooms are stare of the air. I stayed on the 3rd floor overlooking the trees. In the morning they begin breakfast and coffee which is included XXL...amazing right???? The food all freshly made and fully stocked up to and including the time it ended at 9am by May.”
