Dr. Garthers and their medical team are slow and inefficient. I have waited for a medication pre-auth for almost two weeks. The doctor has yet to initiate the pre-auth. Also, the medical assistants are unreliable and poorly trained. I usually do not submit Google reviews; however, the inefficiency of this doctor's office is beyond unacceptable.

I made the mistake of seeing a PA called Stephanie since my Doctor was off and I was sick. She was not even competent enough to put in a script for albuterol inhaler correctly. After 8 hours after my appointment, she still has not sent the script. This PA needs to realize that people are sick and need medicines in a timely manner. I hope that someone in the Management will address this issue with her.

Great facility. My doctor (Dr. Munir) is very knowledgeable, pleasant, and on time. She is very thorough and responsive to my health care concerns. Several of my family members have become parients of Dr. Munir’s including my husband. If your looking for a great physician with a clean, modern, and up to date facility go see Dr. Munir.

Jungho Kwon, MDI went to her five minutes late. She was treating me in a rude manner. She was telling me that she was in a hurry and couldn’t talk to me about my second problem. I think she couldn’t handle the ethics of this job. I didn’t feel like she cared about me properly. She just looked at the pimples on my back and then she gave me a piece of paper and left. She was really weird. I came to her. It is 35 miles away and I do not advise anyone to visit her

I've been to multiple Medical centers, and this is the only one that doesn't accept walkin patients for lab work. They should make it quite clear that you can't get lab work without an appointment. Henry ford should look into this facility why it stands out above the others that they don't accept walkin patients.

I always come hear for services dermatology and my primary care doctor. I usually get an appointment right away, if not I find another doctor or facility. That simple. I am involved with my health care. If a test or medication is not offered I ask for it or an explanation. If I am not satisfied with a service or customer care I will file a complaint

This Dermatology location had the WORST customer service!!!! I've been a patient at several Henry Ford facilities and this is absolutely the WORST patient care!!!! I'll be making a complaint with the BHS against Henry Ford Hospital for the lack of governing this facilities poor treatment of their patients!!!
