I booked through the Vagaro app and was informed my appointment was confirmed, even received an email stating it was. Showed up and was not greeted or given a warm welcome, told finally to sit and wait for technician. 10 minutes later, tech was being called and I was told I didn't book an appointment. Showed my confirmation and was told no. Unprofessional and unkind. Super disappointed

I have been coming to this company since it has been open. This new location is very nice and well set up. I have been coming here for 20+ years. Great facility, nice staff. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I am a male and have no input on their nail products.

The nail tech put a ridiculous amount of glue mixed in with powder on my nails. She had to keep asking the owner if she was doing it right and got approval. Nails lasted only a week with this system the owner developed. Plus the tech made my nail look thick and I wanted them a medium length. She cut them short. I thought this would be less damaging to my nail bed than acrylics. Either way a dehydrator is used. It would have been a lot easier and looked nicer with glue on nails from the drug store.
