My husband gets all his copies made there. They do a great job, and ready when they say.They also have a stationary, office supplies, calendars, and other paper and ink products.If it's office supplies they carry a large selection at standard prices.

Expensive! They quoted me 52 cents per page to scan a document. For a thousand page contract, to get it digitized, thats... $520. Whoa. (Call placed at 1:40 PM March 30, 2023.

I went into this location four times all four times. I was very disappointed not helpful. I walk in with my package which I was returning a pair of shoes and they told me that I needed to buy a box from them to ship my package. It was packaged neatly in the package that it was delivered from the area to take my package unless I purchased a box from them I would stay away from this location and I really hope FedEx as a company does something about this location

Staff is beyond rude The store is filthy I think everybody that works there is computer illiterate.. I'd say go when it's not busy so you don't get stuck in a line but there's always a line regardless of how slow they are. I'm not sure why I'm giving it two stars should be one. Avoid like the plague

Cierra, the assistant manager is extra helpful and knowledgeable!!!!! She is always eager to assist and provides excellent customer service and greets you with a smile!!! I love going to this location because I know I am in good hands!!!!!

Well two times I came to this location in Farmington Hills on 14 mile and Haggerty and both times the both employees there were not helpful I had a barcode for them to scan and print the label and both times they declined the service I do not recommend going to this location

Rae was exceptionally helpful in getting my prints and helped me through the entire process! She was very helpful and very nice! I have not always had this experience with FedEx (at a different store) so it was very refreshing to have such a pleasant visit. Thank you so much Rae, keep up the excellent work!

Horrible service, unprofessional staff/management with below average expectations:Been shipping fedex overnight over 15 years. Recently moved to this area and on second drop off to this location, they left my package unattended in the store till next day, without notifying me or the receiver( supposed to be overnight). Went in there next day to question what happened and the staff/management decided to blackmail me, asking me to open my boxes for inspection whenever i tried to drop off again in that location. Staying away from this location and advising others to do the same. Hope fedex sees this review and trains them better.

12/3 Update: I was contacted by this location and feel that it warranted adding 3 stars. Great customer support and concern for my issue. I do believe that this issue won't happen in the future and proper training was provided.12/1: I went to this location to ship 5 manuals for a class my company is teaching. Earlier in the day I shipped out 12 manuals at a different FedEx location closer to work (43215 Grand River Ave Suite A, Novi, MI 48375) it was fantastic. I even submitted feedback for how smooth that experience was from the recommendation of the bottom of the receipt. Then on my way home I go to this location to ship the last 5 and it took over double the time to ship 5 than it did 12. The staff member really seemed to struggle with the task. The first FedEx included my company email on every shipment so I received a confirmation email with the tracking numbers for each shipment sent. For this shipment, even though I asked and he swears he did it, I haven't received one email and I can't be sure the participants did either. This is SO inconvenient. I repeatedly asked clarifying questions and I was falsely reassured. Now I have to manually type all the tracking numbers and send individual emails to the participants. Thus wasting even MORE time than I already did at this location. Please train your staff on this process! The experience between two FedEx locations within 15 miles of each other shouldn't be that different.
