They have nice stuff, but I am getting frustrated with the fine print rules. They sent an e-mail for Sedum at 50% off for 1 gal and bigger. I went to buy 3 flats of sedum which is larger than a gal, but they would not give me the discount. I did not buy them. They should be clearer in the e-mail. I drove here for nothing.
I bought the membership for the 2 year warranty and I dug up a mostly dead rose that I bought 14 months ago and when I took it in they said the 2 years did not apply to roses. I would have left it to see if it could still survive if I would have known this.
Ask a lot of questions and read the fine print. The advantages of shopping at English Gardens are drying up.

Great plants and flowers. Can be pricey but the plants are so beautiful they are worth it (Like a beautiful woman, she's worth it ?).
Diane S was nice. We had a question about Dalia prices. She stopped what she was doing to find a person who worked in the department to help us. Pam was a joy at check out.

Their flower collection was amazing. The associate help me I think her name was Renee, she was great. Overall, it is a great store for varieties collection of flowers and cards. I especially like their service and the price.

Thank you for always adding lovely lights during the holiday season. You light up Orchard Lake and bring the holiday spirit to all. We don't have much places to shop to decorate our homes and having your business that accommodates even high school corsages we appreciate you. Keep up the good work and keep staffing since they keep your store shining.
