“I like this location because of the convenience of going to this location along Orchard Lake Road. It's across Kroger and a few minutes walk or drive West Bloomfield High School. The cashier today was friendly and provided excellent service. We were there around 8am and I'm quite surprised that most of the customers who came in were between 40 years and above, male, and buying the lottery;-) I just went in to avail of my free coffee drink from downloading the app. We bought the 3 for $3 taquitos...yum! It's limited space but the store looks organized. They sell basic grocery stuff. I'll definitely come back and buy iced coffee.”

“First off , I stoped by the metro by t Mobil store the one on 8 mile and Southfield to purchase a new phone found out that the store was closed without any Notification to there customers also noticed that it’s no longer METRO BY T MOBIL Store anymore they have a new signs and the Metro signs are gone over night I guess because I pass by this location every day and that’s my main one to pay my bill. I searched other metro by t Mobil stores and saw that this location had some really good reviews. The two customer service representative that was there were absolutely fantastic! They greeted every customer that walk in and were so incredibly helpful.Wes the Manager Who help me out the most was very patient and informative he walked me through everything helped me set things up and showed me the best options when getting my new phone. It was worth the trip there and I will be making future purchases from this location I have already recommended this location to family and friends because I know they’ll be treated the exact same way I was.”
“Had to replace a cracked screen on a really old iPhone model. They had it in stock and replaced it very affordably. The new screen had a few issues so I brought it back and they got it running right as rain with no extra charge. Very friendly and accommodating”

“5.14.24 I took my old I phone into the store because I was unable to transfer the date, I have to admit I couldn't follow the directions and I was frustrated. JACOB welcomed me and did all the transferring. I was amazed at how quickly he did it. I would still be doing it if I hadn't gone in. He explained what he was doing and told me if I had any questions or concerns to come back. He was very knowledgeable about things and I felt so happy when I left. “We bought some used movies. ( about 5$ each . ) 1 stopped and refused to play half of movie. When we went back, we brought it. They quickly found the same movie and gave it to us with a smile and apology taking the other back. ( I saw them throw the 1 away that wasnt good. )Very fun store and cheerful and helpful staff! always something new. Affordable place to bring children and be able to buy prizes for them. ( or yourself of course ! ) Very clean and organized.Note: people complaining they wouldnt give you enough money for what you wanted to sell them - No Brainer folks! They SELL for exceptionally low prices. They cant give YOU much money. Thats how business works! Dont be obnoxious to the employees since you cant figure that out.”

“Yesterday I went into the White Lake location I needed to buy a new phone. I was worried that I didn't have enough time to get a get a new phone because 8 mouths ago I got one and it took an hour and a half to get it. So I went into the store told Marissa my situation told her I had to be to work in less then an hour can u help me. Marissa had me done fully setup in 35 minutes. The customer service is amazing. Thank you for the help you did amazing.”

“I couldn’t find a lotion I wanted and I have been looking for it at several different targets. I’m here out of town so I decided to look online and see if it was in stock and it was! I get there and it wasn’t on the shelf. I was disappointed but then I see, I think his name was Aaron, walk towards me and I ask him if it was in the back. He left to look in the back and he’s gone for maybe 20 minutes looking for this lotion for me because he said they got it on truck! He comes up to me and apologizes for the wait and of course it was fine. He took maybe 45 minutes out of his shift to look for this for me and he found it! I was very grateful and he was very sweet. Thank you Aaron :))”
