This is a hard one.
Everyone at the pharmacy is very kind, helpful, and courteous.
Except the manger or lead her name starts with a M. Very rude, curt, unfriendly, and the worst extremely disrespectful.
I can honestly say, the most pleasant interaction I’ve had with her would be considered indifferent. Otherwise, the typical conversations consist of her cutting you off, confrontational, dismissive, and extremely rude. I cringe when she happens to pick up the phone, because I now have to prepare for battle mode.
I just want to call, get a refill, or ask a question and get a courteous response without going into combat mode. Like they do at Costco, and all other pharmacies I’ve frequented over my life.

Very rude staff. They will not provide service if you arrive 15 to 20 minutes before closing. They are always in a rush and never speak properly. Mostly all locations have the same issue except 24 hours livonia pharmacy.

0 star for this place. They are the worst. they wont do anything, not even check other nearvy cvs for availability. They simply dodge and waste patients time. I had to contact my doctor to transfer my prescription after waiting for the fullfillment from this CVS for 10 days.

10/10 problems with prescription pick up. Never a smooth pick-up. Staff seem confused. High prices. I switched my prescription to a different location long ago, but my son forgot & used this place🤦♀️. The last place you want to encounter when you or loved one are ill.

I never know when scrips are ready. They are always have an extremely long line. They are overwhelmed since Rite-Aid transfers came over. I finally decided to transfer my daughter’s prescriptions.

Rude and Unpleasant Management with a supremacist attitude!!! Haggerty and 14 mile in West Bloomfield, MI. (Visited today at 3pm). If you're having a bad day, don't come to work! In addition, if customer service is not your niche, don't be a manager! No More a CVS fan! There are too other options. If you don't value my money, I'll spend it elsewhere!

Will never go back to this pharmacy. They are very rude. I am transferring all my prescriptions. I have been with them for many years. No more. Definitely do not recommend this pharmacy

The even shift pharmacist manager on duty at 5PM was rude, embarrassed me infront of a crowd, and ultimately provided no assistance. I still don’t have my meds.
Lines happen and that should not degrade the experience for those who waited their turn.
This is the closest pharmacy to my house yet due to this experience I’ll now switch to Walgreens across the street.
From this negative experience, CVS just lost a rewards customer and by the comments below, there is a trend of negative in-store experience at Haggerty/14mile CVS pharmacy.
Shockingly rude, I couldn’t believe it!

Save yourself the trouble do not go into this particular CVS! If you don’t heed my warning, at least avoid the shift manager Sam. 11/1/23 my daughter and I went into CVS at 9:52pm. Yes, I’m aware that they were closing at 10:00pm. Quickly grabbed 3 items. At 9:58pm a store worker came over to ask if we need help with anything I said no thank you. When he proceeded to say that we close in 2 minutes. OK we’re heading up in just a second. Got up to the register to check out right as I scanned my card, I realize none of my coupons had applied. I had asked if any coupons applied he said no I said OK well hang on. I proceeded to at pull my app up and for some reason I had gotten logged out and I wasn’t able to sign back in. I said well let’s just go with my phone number. It should be connected to my phone number because the coupons are affiliated with my phone number, correct? He said yes. I said ok great. He glared at me for afew seconds, & then he proceeded to tell me that I could go get my coupons and pointed to the coupon printer behind us But you can come back tomorrow to do that. What? I asked are you serious? He replied yes, the only thing he could do was do a return & re-ring me up I said OK let’s do it so now here we’ve already wasted a few minutes of time with the back-and-forth and he looked at me w/ a rude passive aggressive tone said are we really gonna do this at 10:02 PM? I said yes I’m here. I came in here for these specific items to use my coupons before the store closed because they’re gonna expire so yes please let’s do the return re-ring me up. He started to get more aggressive, more rude and I asked him are you joking right now he’s like no I’m not we’re already closed. Excuse me sir but I came in here before you guys were closed. I was up here at the register before you were closed you tracked me down in the store to let me know we had two minutes before closing. I was up here before the store was technically closed as you were ringing me up you decided to tell me that the computers are gonna get turned off and the lights are going to turn off which is not the case. That’s just some bs they tell you to try to scare you for some reason which is ridiculous. I’m a grown adult and I know better I’m not naïve or gullible. I’m a lot older than what I look. Regardless, it shouldn’t have anything to do with my age you should treat everybody equally. So I asked to speak with store manager and he said I’m the manager I said you’ve gotta be kidding me is there somebody else I can talk to? Not here tonight he told me I can call in the morning I said OK cool just return my stuff. He never gave me a receipt. I asked one of the other employees that were stocking the shelves. If there was somebody else I can talk to? This poor person was in such a panic. Stumbling over her words telling me he’s the manager right now, so whatever he says must be right. ?♀️ ok thank you. I said this is absolutely asinine. I cannot believe how rude you are being you’re acting like I came in here right as you were closing and asked you to open the grill back up and make me an entire meal. I’m asking you to take one minute to return my items and re-ring me up we spent more time going back-and-forth. I am making sure to contact the store manager I’ve already spoke with the shift manager on today. I will be speaking to the store manager, as well as corporate not only was this person, rude, passive aggressive, presumptuous, & obnoxious. He never gave me a receipt to prove that he returned my items . It’s all on film, so they can watch the video and listen to their so-called shift manager treat people like dirt. I clearly made the drive over to the store that was still open bc most CVS close at 9. I didn’t go to my local CVS. I came from another area and this is what I get for coming in for three items because I wanted to use my coupons before the expired. WORST SERVICE AT THE PHARMACY. THEY HAD A PHARMACIST AND SHE WAS VERY YOUNG WITH BLACK HAIR! WHEN I WAS GOING SHE WAS JUST AWFUL ? I HAVE SINCE PULLED MY SCRIPTS AND EVERYONE IN MY HOUSE SCRIPTS OUT! WE GO SOMEWHERE WE ARE APPRECIATED!
