Extremely rude female pharmacist who answered my call yesterday and today, was literally counting and filling pills (I could hear it loudly!) while answering my questions about my 2 year old daughter's LIFE SAVING med for an epi-pen jr. Since I could barely hear her I'm guessing her phone was on her shoulder while she was counting pills.
She was rude, cut me off mid-sentence, said "I already told you yesterday!!" multiple times, spoke soooo fast I could barely understand her, rushing me off the phone. She was short and snippy and acted like I was a huge inconvenience.... She refused to sell me the epi pen even out of pocket, saying I need insurance authorization.
I spoke to my peds Doctor today and she said she's never heard of this pharmacy craziness.
My daughter has been 2 days without epi pen coverage because we were just diagnosed with a severe nut allergy, ... it is a new Rx for us and because the pharmacist has ZERO compassion and can't be bothered by my basic questions... we have been left out to dry. Her answers were illogical at best, and barely understandable /rapid speech.
My doc said, you could still buy it out of pocket no problem, regardless of insurance authorization. Also, my doctor got us our script and sent to a DIFFERENT CVS within an hour!!!! Done and dusted without problems. My Rx is waiting without issue.
This location is a joke, don't even bother. By the way, I'm a dentist so I'm no stranger to pharmacies, meds and insurances.... but was treated in a condescending fashion.

I had a great drive-thru experience here at CVS Pharmacy on Maple Road in West Bloomfield. The Associate was very professional and inquired as to whether I had any questions or concerns regarding my prescription. I felt valued as a customer.

All of my visits to CBS has been most pleasurable. The store is always clean, items I need are always in stock and the employees are always friendly And helpful. I recommend shopping there!

i have lived 2 minutes away for about 5 years and i am/have been racially profiled everyday i go in that establishment. there excuse is “people have been coming here from the city and robbing us” like i haven't been shopping there since i was 13. im now 18 for reference.

this is the place very close to my home. And their services are also excellent. I visited my family doctor for annual check and he prescribed a few medicine for me. By the noon I got a text message from CVS. Medicines are ready for me to pick up. I got the medicine and asked if CVS provides flu shots. In deed they do. So I got the flu shot on the same trip. Very like the smoothness of the arrangement. Thanks CVS!

AWFUL Pharmacy. The manager should loose her license. Extremely rude , and cancels scripts because she feels like it with no merit whatsoever. Actually illegal. DO NOT GET YOUR SCRIPTS HERE. They should be reported!

CVS West Bloomfield is my go-to store for many of my family's needs. It is conveniently located, well stocked and very well managed. The recent addition of a wider range of haircare products for African Americans is impressive. I always check to see if I have coupons to assist with my purchases. Even small coupons are appreciated in the day and times in which we live.

Incredibly rude. Tried to get a hold of them over the phone for over 30 minutes and was cut of multiple times once finally speaking to someone. Zero costumer service skills or people skill in general.
