  The people here are always very kind and helpful every time I come in. I’ve had some bad experiences at other branches, so it was really nice to feel welcomed and actually helped with my issues. I definitely appreciate the service here.

  Citizens is too secure. They try to prevent fraud but it’s starting to be a i confidence when I have to spend a extra half a hour because citizens think $300 at a car repair shop is fraud. Mobile app always down for maintenance I’m ready to switch
