In early December 2022 (a few days after taking delivery of my first-ever Tesla) someone had accidentally backed into my 2019 Tesla Model 3 AWD Long Range Performance while it was parked in our Church parking lot, cracking the front bumper right above the fog light on the driver's side. Since my vehicle was parked and I was not operating it when the accident occurred, the offender's insurance was required to pay for repairs.When I searched Tesla's website for Tesla-approved collision & repair shops in Michigan, Cauley Ferrari of Detroit was listed as the closest one at 89 miles away. And now, after the fact, I am so grateful that I chose Larry Canovas and his team at Cauley Ferrari of Detroit to repair my cracked front bumper! Not only was their workmanship on the front bumper *FLAWLESS* (I'm also happy they offered to not reattach the front license plate mount to the new front bumper), but they even detailed the entire vehicle---inside and out! Aside from how beautiful the repaired vehicle looks, it operates just as well as it did before with the ultrasonic sensors in the front bumper all functioning as expected.Not only did I enjoy the outcome of their work, but I also enjoyed the accommodations and the mindfulness of Larry in the time leading up to my service appointment. Since I live 2 hours away from Cauley Ferrari of Detroit, it took quite a bit of planning. Larry suggested I use the Hertz in Auburn Hills that they have a partnership with so that I could have a Tesla Model 3 to rent while my vehicle was being repaired. He even made sure that the rental was on-site for me when I arrived to drop-off my vehicle so that I could be quickly on my way back home after drop-off! Now, THAT is service!I would highly recommend anyone in Michigan looking to get their Tesla vehicle serviced by a Tesla-approved collision & repair shop to look no further than Cauley Ferrari of Detroit because Larry Canovas and his team will take *extremely* good care of your vehicle, but more importantly, they'll take really good care of you!

Awesome job!!! Shoutout to Joe/Marcus (service advisors) and Tim/Bob (service techs)!!! Annual completed on '06 F430 (all fluids) and the car runs better than ever. F1 shifting sooo smooth. Joe/Marcus excellent follow-up and Tim/Bob nailed the service in a day. Could not be happier. These guys are wonderful.

Got an Estimate on my tesla collision repair November 2022 because they are tesla certified and was told it will take 6-8 weeks to get the door and I would be contacted after parts arrival to set up an appointment to get my tesla fixed. I have called and talked to multiple people multiple times and its always 2 more weeks OR SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU BACK!!! and most of the time no answer so I would leave messages with no call back. Going on 15 weeks HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Had collision work done through insurance on my Tesla.Insurance wrote for a wheel alignment and 4 tire balances.THEY DID NONE OF IT. 1 week later the car still had shakes. Car was out of alignment, and all 4 tires were off balance 2-3 oz.Yet will happily lie about it on invoices.

Do not take your Tesla to the body shop here. They did fine work but the manager is rude and they are very lazy and stubborn. They refused to do anything electronic with my insurance company ie video chat, use their portal. It’s 2023 give me a break.I should send them an invoice for my time because I had to be the one to contact my insurance company and try and fix the many issues they had. It took them a month for a simple bumper replacement. I know options are very limited but take your Tesla elsewhere!

I had the opportunity to work with Tom at Cauley. To say he was a great person to deal with would simply not be saying enough. I bought what was most likely the least expensive car they had for sale, and he treated me like I was their number one client. He sent me video's and pictures that were beyond my expectations. He overdelivered on every aspect of the sale. To anyone thinking of making a purchase at this dealer, I can tell you, DO IT. I bought a 33 year old car, sight unseen! And could not be happier. Visiting from Houston, and I must say...They were very nice, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We were allowed to explore the dealership, and were even given directions on where to go to view specific inventory and sections. Thank you for the chance to explore such a modern contemporary dealership.

Do not take your car here for service. I took my car here for collision repair because it's the only place in town that will do structural repair on a Tesla. They looked at the car and said it would be a few weeks to get the parts and I could drop it off once they arrived. The parts took months to get in and when I dropped the car off there was no communication on how long I would be with out the car or how long the repairs would take. I called and left messages with no response so I called another dept and spoke with someone about my concerns to finally get a call back from a manager. It's been over 6 weeks and I get a call saying your parts are in and we should have your car ready by the end of the week. So mid week I reach out to the manager and he states Morning Robert.. we are as far as we can go on the vehicle. I know I stated that the radiator support was not here last week. It is still on order but it does show that it was released and shipped on last Monday Sir. I'm hoping the support will be here any day. Support is on the inner front bumper area. Then we should rap the front bumper up. It will go quick once we get it. Thanks

So first I'll admit I didn't but a car here, it might be a while before I could afford to buy a Ferrari.However, I visited a couple years ago and was very impressed.For as exclusive and intimidating as a dealership of Ferrari's caliber can be, it was an excellent experience. I walked in expecting to be kicked out because I don't have any money, but everyone there was more than welcoming and very gracious. Way better than any BMW dealership I've been to and I own one.They never once had a problem with the fact I couldn't buy a car and that all I wanted to do was look. They even let me sit in one. And gave me a free Ferrari pencil and poster. (Hope no one gets in trouble for that)They even invited me back for the regular exotic car show they host.In conclusion, if I ever buy a Ferrari, it will be from here. No doubt about that.

Stay away from this dealer! They took my car for penny's making me believe it had many issues that need to be fixed knowing that I previously bought the car from a certified dealer and said none of these issues existed! They also sold the car without fixing anything!

There are to many good things to say about Cauley Ferrari. There’s a good reason for the many great reviews they have. Mr Joe Kelly always is considerate with the services that they have to offer! Tom , the sales rep, who has a wonderful personality, will answer any questions you have and supply support and advice for the cars they offer! Joe Abernethy , the service manager, after so many visits to his office helps you appreciate and enjoy everything Ferrari has to offer! And Brad along with the rest of the service team, are highly recommend for the outstanding service they provide! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?
