If you don't want to read all this, just look at the pictures and hopefully that's enough to scare you off. As a warning to anyone bringing in their Tesla for a repair - DO NOT COME HERE. The guy/guys working on Tesla's are not the guys working on Ferraris. If you're thinking of bringing it here based on that assumption and thinking they would do good work based on their brand and reputation, you'd be wrong. Before talking about the quality of work, just know communication is absolutely non-existent besides the one guy, Larry, who seems to be the only one actually trying and putting in effort to help you, and your repair time estimate they tell you means nothing. The others put in no work to communicate with your insurance electronically/via their portal, will hardly ever pick up the phone. Aside from that, the work itself is pretty disgusting for a name like Ferrari. After someone side swiped me, I could've opted to go through with Tesla service which was severely backed up with 2+ month wait times, or I could've gone here which was about 1 month. Thinking it'd be better and faster I went here, and got my car fixed with what looked like a good job, until the door jam started having clear coat peeling back within like 4 months, probably less but since its the door jam and of the rear door, it doesn't get used that often and I never noticed, until time took its toll and it peeled back considerably. I thought it would be alright, they'd warranty repair it and mistakes happen right? Service definitely didn't make up for it but I figured it'd be fine. I get the car in, the 2-3 day job turns into a 5 day job which turns into 6. They get it done Friday, but I get a call saying someone backed my car into another car which led to my rear bumper needing repainting. I wanted to be upset, but hey, stuff happens and I'll live. Its Ferrari after all, and the repair quality will be great right? Nope, I get it back Monday and right when I walk up, I notice my bumper is now repainted with some of the worst orange peel I've ever seen in my life, more textured than an alligator skin leather wallet, I wish I was joking. It went from the painters hands, to the manager to approve the work, to me, in that condition, somehow unnoticed. Not only that, but the original warranty repair for the peeling clear coat in the door jam? Peeling AGAIN in a different spot, now by the window trim, because for whatever reason, the guy didn't disassemble it, but just taped it off. Really? Ok, I get it brought in a 3rd time, and guess what? Peeling AGAIN, in a different spot of course, this time the rocker panel, where they couldn't be bothered to check their own work, just took off the masking tape and left a line of powdery clear coat on each side top and bottom. 3 times my same panel was repainted with the same issue, all caused by poor technique and improper prep. And after all that I get a slightly damaged bumper as a reward, guess the cars dozen sensors and cameras didn't save them as they drove around the shop. Pictures should all be in order hopefully, but please accept the longer repair time at a tesla repair center, its not worth the speedier repair here, trust me. Pictures 1-2 are the first repaint, 3 is the 2nd, the warranty repair, 4 is the repaint of my bumper which was damaged by THEM and repaired to a terribly low standard, and 5 is the latest, with more unseen peeling all along the rest of the side of the car

Went in early February 2023. Very nice staff, let me look at and take pictures of their wide variety of awesome vehicles. Sadly the LaFerrari Aperta was under a cover, and could not be uncovered :(

I take my kids here each year when we are in town and the staff is always very kind to us! They are welcoming and let us look at all the cool cars. One time they gave my kids posters and during our latest trip, they gave them each models of the F1 car and pens. The kids were so excited! I appreciate that this staff treats us kindly even though they know we aren’t buyers.

I called in to the service department and left a message with Joe. He had Marcus call me back and Marcus was wonderful on the phone. I had several questions about Ferrari service and transportation for the service. Marcus was very knowledgeable and open. He talked to me like a friend even though we've never met. He went above and beyond. Although there is a dealer closer, I will definitely use Cauley if need be. The claims of superiority are real.
