This was the most wonderful and magical experiences ever. Cheryl was my consultant and she was kind, loving, funny, and fabulous. I found my dress in my appointment and she let me be honest and celebrated with my mom and I as well. She stayed within my budget and was respectful of all my requests. We absolutely loved it here. Please make the appointment, it it worth it 100%

My sister found her dream wedding dress here, and we couldn’t be happier! The staff was incredibly helpful and patient, making the whole experience special. They even accommodated a last-minute request for extra guests without any hassle. Highly recommend.

I found my perfect dress yesterday 9/27/24. Cheryl was absolutely amazing to work with and very knowledgeable. I went to two other stores before this one and did not receive nearly the understanding, compassion, and needs/wants in a dress as I did here. I highly recommend Bella Bridal and can not wait to wear my Randy Fenoli dress on the big day!

Hello Bella Bridal!!
I wanted to share with you some of the sneak peek photos that we received! We won't have the rest of them for another 4-6 weeks, but I was so ecstatic to have these and couldn't wait to thank you for all your time and hard work.
Chi, thank you SO MUCH for all of your hard work and accommodation for the last-minute changes to this dress! Removing that front piece of fabric totally transformed this dress into everything that I had hoped and dreamed of wearing on one of the biggest days of my life. This dress filled me with so much confidence and made me feel so beautiful throughout the day. I hate to say that the dress is in desperate need of a good dry cleaning, but every bit of dirt and sweat is associated with an exceeding amount of laughter, love and happy tears.
Throughout the wedding planning experience, I have heard that very little of my family and friends enjoyed their wedding day because it was full of stress and being busy. Although there were some stressful moments throughout the day, our wedding will never compare to any other wedding in the past or future... My HUSBAND (Chris) and I had such an amazing and beautiful time.
I cannot thank Bella Bridal enough for fulfilling my vision of what it meant to "feel like a bride". I have never felt more beautiful and confident in my entire life. Thank you so much Cheryl, Chi, and Dana for fulfilling my vision, and for your unwavering amount of support and patience throughout the perfect dress buying experience.

My daughter came in to look for her wedding dress and it was a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and listened to everything that Madisyn expressed. She said yes to the dress today, we did not expect this to happen this first time trying on dresses. Thank you very much.

I am absolutely in awe of this shop! I found my dress and the process was amazing Cheryl I believe was the lady I was working with she is amazing it’s crazy I’m from 15 and van dyke area and I went to so many places and all the dresses were 3k and up Bella’s I found my dress for only 1.5k before alternations completely recommend them 10/10 amazing

Bella Bridal was my second wedding dress shop experience and it was incredible. I had made my appointment based on the fact that they carried a dress I saw online and needed to try it on. I ended up only trying on 3 dresses, 2 that I picked and 1 that my consultant Belle pulled for me based off what I told her about my wedding aesthetic. The dress that was pulled for me was my wedding dress. Literally perfect.

While I found a gorgeous dress that fit my budget in record time... we couldn't help but feel shocked and betrayed by their scheme to try to get us to pay almost 50% more for the dress. Not to mention the veil.
The staff were nice and helpful through the process of trying on dresses, but the whole time they kept slipping in comments that I shouldn't be surprised if the size they measured at the end wasn't what I was expecting. Once I chose my dress, they measured me and told me I definitely needed a size 10. I have to admit this was surprising even with all their work over a couple hours convincing me I would need a larger size. At 5'2" and 115 pounds, I used size 0-2 street clothes and a size 2 choir dress (not street clothes).
They made me sign that I was getting the size I wanted and that I couldn't change my mind after it arrived. This was odd, given that I was taking their recommendation and had no idea what size to order and no way of checking it out before it arrived and definitely not before I signed. Really, they should honor their own word and recommendations, not preemptively shift the blame to the customer...
We asked them what alterations would be needed, and they said they couldn't possibly know until I tried on the dress and that it was very specific to the dress itself and they had no standards to go off of.
When I came in to try on the dress, I was of course swimming in it. You could probably have fit two of me in it. Without exaggeration, you could hold the fabric around 6 inches from my body while it was zipped on me. They came out with a printed list of all the alterations they planned to do that they had prepared *before* I arrived. The alterations would cost $900. According to them, only their seamstress was skilled enough to work with this dress and no one else could do it.
I found a local seamstress who offered to do the work for $600, but that was still out of budget. I looked around and ironically found a place called Bella Alterations (NO connection to the bridal shop), and Angela there said she could do it for $350. She said that was her pricier range, because it was going to be a significant amount of work given that they had clearly ordered a ridiculous size for me. She said I needed a size 0, not 10. She did an incredible job, and you couldn't even tell the dress had been altered, but she was just flabbergasted that the bridal shop had tried to gouge us on the price like that by intentionally ordering the wrong size and trying to increase the price of the dress by $900 in extremely overpriced alterations.
I'm really glad I got my veil from Etsy, and not the incredibly overpriced option they offered at the bridal shop. (Sellers on Etsy can send you a fabric sample for color matching. Very helpful.)
Overall, we were just shocked and hurt by the experience and never really got over it, even a couple of years later. I'm hoping writing this down helps a bit. I was just glad it ended up working out in the end, but I really couldn't understand how they could look at me straight-faced and act like this was perfectly normal and acceptable.
