Drove a bit of a way out to come to this pharmacy as they were the only one in the area vaccinating for covid for my daughter's age group. The staff was very nice and helpful. In front of me in line was a family who did not speak English and I saw how helpful the staff was being in making sure they understood everything regarding vaccines and their insurance. My mom lives in the area and I have already encouraged her to go to them when she needs something. All in all it was a smooth process and definitely will be back :]

The staff at BMC were caring and kind. It felt like family! I brought my family in for COVID boosters and flu vaccines. This is one of the only places in the Metro Detroit area to carry the COVID vaccine for babies.

Everything said here is true. I transferred all my prescriptions here. I have received all my Covid boosters and flu shots here. Not to mention the gifts! Difficult to restrain myself from buying toys. Heather and Marlene are great people! Women owned is a plus!

Possibly the worst customer experience I've had in the last 10 years. The pharmacist was rude, berating, and not helpful at all. I would think twice before coming here.

Marlene went above and beyond to get my 5 year old son his first covid vaccination as it was not available in my area. I can't thank her enough. Super greatful. Amazing staff.

What a fun place... ? Wonderful chotkees. The shingles vac not so good (ouch!) But the 2 employees that took care of me were God sent .

I cannot say nicer things about this pharmacy. Both my little kids 1.5 and 4 got their Covid shots here and they were amazing with them! They also squeezed my booster in as well at the same time which made my kids feel at ease too. Truly fantastic experience.

Got the covid-19 vaccination for my 2 and 4 year olds. They offered both Moderna and Pfizer. No appointment necessary. It was a short wait. I browsed some nice greetings cards while we waited. Friendly staff.

April 6: Came here for my Covid vaccine. Heather and staff were super friendly and service was fast and efficient. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. Thank you so much! Recommend coming here!May 5: Second shot update. Process same as the first time, quick and painless. However, I was given the wrong appointment time. When I showed up I was told they thought I had an earlier appointment and because I was a no show, my shot was given to someone else. They ran out of vaccines for the day and I had to make another trip. I didn't receive any calls to check if maybe I was on my way or perhaps I had forgotten about the appointment or confirm that I needed to cancel. I would recommend calling them the day before your appointment date to confirm your appoint time to avoid running into a situation like this.
