Went in for a yearly mammogram. Procedure was fine. What wasn’t fine was listening to the two girls at the front desk talk about how well they give bj’s and how the one can’t stop her gag reflex. I’m in no way a prude but I am an executive. WTH!? It went on and on until I got taken back. Smaller girl with long dark hair was the initiator. I wanted to say “I CAN COMPLETELY HEAR YOU!” Pretty disgusted

took a friend for a procedure, but I was also interested in a direct comparison to my health care. HENRY FORD.as of now I would NEVER consider coming here, nor trading services.at the very least. I saw a woman that "worked" here call a older gentleman into the back. he was kind of confused, and using a walker.the woman who came to help him literaly needed her own help.. not to mention nobody could even understand her calling his name aloud..the inside is clean. the outside is nice, and maintained.the gift shop, and pharmacy were very nice. over priced as usual.the grass isn't always greener on the other side.I feel bad for the people waiting here, as I helped several, just waiting for my friend to finish her procedure

The lab area is slow and inefficient. Check in once, then wait to check in again for the next representative, then to wait some more for a third person to enter your labs in. Please improve your process Beaumont.

I was very pleased with my experience here for my mammogram. The staff were all friendly and the tech who worked with me for my treatment, Crystal, was fantastic! I would highly recommend!

Today, I went to the laboratory to get my labs done prior to my annual physical which is next week. I went early in the morning, and everyone at Beaumont Medical Center-West Bloomfield was very professional, friendly, kind, and efficient! I have used this lab multiple times, and have never been disappointed in the experience. The wait wasn't long and the staff there is awesome and very experienced! Thanks again for making my visit pleasant and easy! (Whoever is hiring these great people deserves a shout out, also...well done!)PS: The entire facility is extremely clean, well-maintained and updated, and the lab restroom was immaculate.

The Radiology area where I had my Bone Density Test was excellent! The gentleman was professional and he explained everything to me. Not only that he was caring and always offering assistance to help me. I would recommend this place to everyone! Saying all this is a lot coming from a Federal Government nurse! I wished I had remembered his name…….

Worst treatment ever. They do not stand behind their doctors. Even if they are on their website they are not Beaumont Doctors according to Beaumont. Don't trust them. They destroyed my life with low quality surgeons.

Beaumont Surgical Center West Bloomfield was amazing! This was the 2nd time we were there for different procedures and both times were A+++++ The staff there is by far the best. They went over and beyond helping my husband as he had an unexpected reaction to a medication prior to his procedure. They even helped us get an immediate appointment with a top Dr for after care that would have taken probably weeks to get into to. Their knowledge and dedication really was amazing! Super compassionate team....would definitely recommend them for medical care. THANK YOU!

It's a long wait to check in & the staff is very impersonal.Only benefit is new Mammogram equipment.It's very clean.

Today - I witnessed an elderly man in a wheelchair in the waiting room - losing consciousness.Instead of a medical person rushing to his help - “there are no doctors here” was the answer and it took 5 -10 minutes of his son yelling DAD …DAD….DADDD….911 was called - they came, and helped and the man was finally Sitting up.This is just crazy to me.When did we all lose our sense of humanity?What is it going to take?Responsibility/liability did not want to be claimed in any shape or form at a MEDICAL CENTER WHILE IN THE WAITING ROOM.I don’t know but this is crazy to me.

My recent first visit was on 7th Oct 2021, I was very please with everyone there, receptionists, nurses , waiting area etc, everyone was very polite and kind hearted , it was walk-in with my toddler , and nurse was very experienced and took blood sample in one go, very well done ?

Candice was the absolute worst. She lacked patience and care with my daughter who has special needs. Her attitude was horrible and not welcoming at all. I will never bring my daughter here again. It is truly shameful to have so called health professionals show very little concern for children with special needs. If they can't service all children they should really not even be in the field at all. She made the experience even more stressful. Never again.

Doctor doesn't care about health of patient. I had a very hard time to obtain test results. Schedules don't care about scheduling appointments to meet your health needs. All they care about is collecting fees.

On 8/14/2020, My wife went for an MRI as scheduled. The receptionist that took the paper work was so rude that refused to take an electronic confirmation via email to print since they required hard copy. When made the appointment, no one told us to print out the work order. The receptionist which I dont know her name, but I can describe her, was so rude that had us very angry. A patient needs comfort and caring and should never be treated in such way. My chart never mentioned or flagged that hard print out copy needed.
