Had an excellent visit to the American Mattress store in Bloomfield Township, Michigan. The sales rep (Robert) was knowledgeable and most helpful in sorting through the various options available for us.

Thanks to Robert, shopping for a mattress was a positive experience. He was very patient with us as we tried out a few. He even saved us a little money by suggesting an alternate frame. I would definitely recommend this store and salesperson, Robert, to anyone who is searching for a mattress!

We had a great experience today 2/1/2023 at the West Bloomfield location; Charles was our associate. He guided me and my wife with a very informative demonstration, testing out bed, pillows, etc. We ended up buying that day and got great pricing, saving $400 on rebates. I’d recommend this store and Charles. Thanks

We worked with Allen F. He was phenomenal! This guy was a true bed and pillow expert. He didn’t rush us through when we were trying beds. Actually encouraged us to stay on long enough to really get acclimated to the different types of beds. He was friendly, professional and open hearted. I liked how he was able to give us and another set of purchasers great customer service simultaneously. Our second time back he schooled us even more on the two we’d selected. I perspire while I sleep, and I got a bed that cools during sleep! We got twins that will be a king, so my husband and I can cool, or heat, and raise the head and feet as we desire. We are happy with our choice because Allen genuinely helped us find what was best for us. No slick salesperson persona, just a great guy who REALLY knows his beds, how we should place and use pillows, and what will help me sleep cooler and us both to sleep deeper at night. Ask for Allen!

US Mattress was great! Charles was unbelievable! He was very knowledgeable about all of the different products. I have back pain from my current bed, and he really showed me what’s best for me. He could really explain to me my back alignment on each bed. He was very patient, I think we were there for 1.5 to 2 hours and he was still very professional and patient. My wife and I were very happy we dealt with him and will recommend him to friends and family

Charles was very helpful with my girlfriend and I. He explained everything thoroughly and walked us through all our questions. They had very competitive prices and much cheaper delivery than anywhere else, plus they price match, which is what ultimately made us decide on US mattress. Can’t wait to try out our new mattress!
