I never had the best experience with customer service right from when I leased this place to until now. They never completed my list of complaints that I submitted as the initial inspection. Now i was out of AC for 5 days and they said the best they can do is next week which is like another 7 days without AC. And I don’t know what part of this is not emergency. One of the rep in leasing office said if the temp outside is not more than 85F then it is not an emergency. I told them i don’t live outside… inside it is 88F and still they don’t care. And I keep giving these reviews wherever possible and no one reaches out to me about them. So its like just throwing ball at the wall.

Aldingbrooke and their Team are both equally horrible. Take a look at all the reviews, they speak for themselves. Other google reviews dating back over a decade, all have the same narrative, the property is in terrible condition and staff is rude to the tenants. It took me 9 months of living here before I even had a door that was possible to lock. I had to submit over 5 maintenance requests. The door still does not lock properly and is very difficult to get it to work. As you can imagine this is a huge safety concern. I also have a AC unit that constantly breaks and floods my apartment damaging both my personal property as well as leaving a huge mold problem in my apartment. I'm constantly sick and wheezing from the moldy living conditions. This has been reported to management and I have requested mold tests, however no response was every given to my requests. The electrical has not worked properly in my apartment since I moved in( over a year). Over 5 separate maintenance requests sent and NOT ONE resolved my issue. I have requested a licensed electrician come to assess the safety of my home and have been denied this request. Living in constant fear your home will burn down is not the kind of life I want to live, nor do I wish this on anybody else. The grounds are constantly unkept in my area.. My washer has broken 6 times since I moved in to the point the maintenance guy SHOWED ME HOW TO FIX IT SO I DONT NEED TO KEEP WAITING ON HIM! Instead of just replacing a unit that is OBVIOUSLY due to be replaced! All appliances are EXTREAMLY outdated and in VERY poor working order. Don't be a fool! Word to the wise, do your homework, this place is one that seems like a great lace to live, but once your there its a living nightmare!

Been here for about 5 months and i am very happy. I was scared because of some of the bad reviews, but my experience so far has been nothing but positive. Staff responds to any maintenance issues, and apartment is very nice

Aldingbrooke is a wonderful community with beautiful homes/apartments. The grounds are very well maintained and the staff (Sophie has always addressed any of my concerns) is extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend looking into making this your residency if you're in the market.

My experience applying for residence at Aldingbrooke was almost painless thanks to Rebecca Pardee, Leasing Manager Extraordinaire. She's highly skilled, personable, and overall great at what she does...a true asset to her team. It was my pleasure.

Jenny, property manager, Rebecca, leasing manager, and maintenance crew are all great. However, the employees at the gate, not so much. We pay to live in a secure community, but the security team at the gate will let almost everyone through the gate without checking for ID, and sometimes the gates are left open and unattended.
As a result, cars have been broken into quite often recently. My neighbors car was parked in the garage last night, and her car was broken into. I’m not sure what we’re paying for?

There were a lot of hidden charges that we were not expecting each month. Trash is much more expensive than it should be as well as water and sewage. This is the first apartment where I have been charged $150 for these three services each month even though we really don’t use, that amount of water or trash. There were also a ton of broken things in the apartment when we moved in. The roof above our garage has had a leak in it since we moved in and have not fixed it. The leak goes into our garage and we have rotted wood and black mold. The apartment size is great, but you definitely get what you pay for in terms of cheap finishes and cheap appliances that break often. We already had to get a new washing machine and our dryer doesn’t start unless we slam the door. Additionally, The paint that they use in the apartment is about as cheap as cheap gets and everywhere is flaking. We have problems with the entry gates and getting in and out is a hassle. Not our favorite apartment to live in.

Fine if you want to pay over $2000 to share a shared garage with a neighbor who does not take their garbage out, leaves rotten food on the floor, pizza boxes and fast food bags attracting all types of vermin! God forbid my kid goes out there and there is raccoon or mice... I was told as long as it's in bags it's fine. Can you imagine what that smells like in the summertime? Hopefully, I can attach photos of this mess. Trash is allowed to blow in your yard and in the woods with me having to make request to have someone come clean the garbage. AND the tenants they allow to come here are trifling and don't feel they should keep the.property clean. Further you pay 2200 which doesn't include trash collection or water (the apartment does not control these rate changes) ,cheap paint and patch up work around the apartment, cracks in the foundation, uneven pavements, the carpet is cheap and falling apart, you don't have stainless steel appliances, you cannot use your own washer/dryer, you have to use their low efficiency equipment that requires you start the dryer multiple times. When I moved in my neighbors had her own refrigerator, washer and dryer and stove, when I asked, I was told it wasn't allowed. The back gate is open or broken 85%of the time so if you have a restraining order against someone, they can get you.. Check other options in the area. In conclusion the office staff tries to help as much as.possible and are VERY responsive (Sophia, Jeff, Jennifer) but this is not their issue this is a Beztak issue! I have had 2 rent increases but nothing has evolved in the space.
