“Came recommended from a FB group. I called on a Thursday around 12pm to make an oil change appt. Said they could get me in if I could be there by 2:30. Showed up at 2:20 and was done by 2:45. The guys were all polite, gave me a quote for new tires, and after reviewing when I got home, I'm scheduling as it's a great price! I just want a good product for an honest price. Here's hoping I've found it! I've already scheduled our other car for an oil change next week.”

“Scott and Tim both are extremely honest, stand up guys that really care about getting your vehicle fixed properly and promptly. They strive to get your car to you as soon as possible and make sure to put it through lots of testing after the repair. I have had manifold replacement, exhaust work, oil pan replacement, sensor diagnosis, bearing work and alignments done on many different vehicles through them. These guys always figure out the issue and will always give you an honest report. I have had work quoted elsewhere, but it always ends up being a no brainer to choose Scott due to their significantly lower costs. Mechanics like these two are tough to find these days.”

“Came in on a Friday afternoon to get a quote for a new exhaust system. Mark gave me two quotes depending on what was needed and both were reasonable to me. Although he couldn't work on it that Friday told me to come in when they open because their spots fill up quick...9am might be too late. I got there when they opened at 8am on Saturday, Mark told me he would call after they looked at it to give me a more accurate quote and fortunately for me it was the lesser of the two, I gave him the go ahead at 9am and he called me back at 10:30am telling me the car was done. Everything looked good and my car was quiet once again! Mark was honest, professional and to the point, he could've said I needed more than what I did and charged more. They also did an inspection on the vehicle letting me know of any other issues that may need to be taken care of in the future. Overall very pleased with my experience! Thank you!”

“There was a miscommunication regarding my initial appointment, which was super annoying because I drove all the way there thinking my appointment was confirmed, but they never called to let me know that they canceled my appointment due to the wheels I ordered not showing up. After they'd been delivered, they made me an appointment the following week. The wheels I ordered were for my A4, they were gloss black, so the guys were really careful not to scratch them up or drop them or anything. They even went to the store to go get a different key for my lugs so they didn't scratch up the area around the lugs when they were putting them on. I was there for a pretty long time, probably about 3 hours, but they look exactly how I want them to, so I guess you can't rush perfection.”

“On Saturday, I had taken my 2015 Equinox to the AutoTech Clinic. I was told that the car needed an Engine. I was told that it was going to be expensive. But after my conversation with Mo. He quoted me a great price and had it ready in two days. I had told Mo that I need the car by Wednesday and it was ready sooner than expected. It wasn’t just the fact that the car was fixed. It was Mo along with the others that works their professionalism. The way they spoke to me about the and their in depth discussions with me. I was actually looking for their Grand River/Lahser location, but Sam told me the other location would accommodate me.....and they did! The Lahser location is run by Bill, and he honored the quote Sam gave me. My tire was installed and I'm back on the road! VERY much worth the trip, time and money........”
