“I am leasing a 2024 Ford Ranger and since the first day (19 months ago), there has been a nail in the back tire (driver side) with very little air loss (put air in maybe 2-3 times in that time). Anyway, took it to half a dozen shops and all said, cant be fixed since it's embedded on the edge of the tread and side wall. I finally said screw it and will live with it. A few months later I had some time and stopped by Lobos (no prior experience with them). I asked if they had a used tire that they could put on? The manager looked at his tires and said yes, but its not the same brand...I said, it needs to be Goodyear Wangler. Anyway, I inquired what a new tire would cost? He looked it up and said $200 installed. I started to ordered it while explaining my story. He said, let's go look at it. He checked it out and said, that's not a problem and we can patch it (no plug but a patch from the inside). I said, 'let's do it' and 45 minutes later, I paid $30 and was on my way...great place and will take all my tire issues to Lobo Tires.”

“Scott and Tim both are extremely honest, stand up guys that really care about getting your vehicle fixed properly and promptly. They strive to get your car to you as soon as possible and make sure to put it through lots of testing after the repair. I have had manifold replacement, exhaust work, oil pan replacement, sensor diagnosis, bearing work and alignments done on many different vehicles through them. These guys always figure out the issue and will always give you an honest report. I have had work quoted elsewhere, but it always ends up being a no brainer to choose Scott due to their significantly lower costs. Mechanics like these two are tough to find these days.”

“I hit a couple bumps in the road while attempting to get tires. First attempted to do it online and schedule an appointment for install at the Livonia location but something happened and the tires were no ordered so when I went to my appointment they were not there. Ordered tires when I was there because they did not have them in store (unusual size) and when they came in only 3 came in. Erick and Luke worked with me and even though I am sure I annoyed them with my calls, they were professional and respectful. Switched to tires that they had in store, dropped my car off and it was done within an hour. So, even though there were some mishaps and some wasted time, I believe they did what they could, and, they helped me out a bit, too. I would recommend this location. The reason for 4 stars was because of the online ordering portion and speaking to someone in the chat and that person straight up lied... if it even was a person. You never know these days lol.....”
“Best price I found for a used tire, and I'd called 2-3 other places before Detroit Tire and Wheel. I talked to Sam at their 96/Grand River location. He gave me a very reasonable price! I was actually looking for their Grand River/Lahser location, but Sam told me the other location would accommodate me.....and they did! The Lahser location is run by Bill, and he honored the quote Sam gave me. My tire was installed and I'm back on the road! VERY much worth the trip, time and money........”
“Went to get a tire fixed that had a band clamp stuck in the sidewall. They couldn't fix it but they had 2 in stock. Even though they had alot of folks in line, I was in and out in 20-25 minutes. VERY friendly and easy to work with.”
“Over the top friendly service acutely just stopped in to price check tires for my Gladiator I just picked up had running boards put on and the stock 17 inch wheels just wasn’t going with the flow so wanted to go wider tire and ended up buying a set of tire and wheels they really had alot of patience with me because I was really undecided took different rim and tire combinations out and set next to my vehicle until I was comfortable with a set I like not pushy very friendly even it being a 100 degrees out definitely one of the best tire shops I’ve been to in a long time definitely going to be a return customer again over the top service. And still smooth as silk in the ride. Thanks again for the respect and great service.”
“Very quick winter tire swap, employee was at my car before I’d even turned it off, getting the ball rolling. Everyone was friendly and I watched them help a customer out who was in a bad financial situation. Cheaper than other places per tire.”
“I had a leaky valve stem on one of my wheels. I don't how they did it but they fixed it. It was no charge. I'm very happy. I plan to buy winter tires on one of my vehicles this fall. That's where I'm going to buy them”

“Came in for tire rotation they were about to close but got me in anyway then coming here for a long time they always do a great job and tires are always very reasonably priced”
