i had great service when i dropped off my scrip; they told me it would be done in about 1 1/2 hour; and i called up, they said it was filled, i picked the scrip up (didn't have to pay a dime, because of insurance). The Rite Aid employee was very competent, polite and i overheard the pharmacist in another conversation with someone else emphasizing safety first. Great place!

Incompetent and lazy. Absolutely horrible experience causing me panic attacks. I tried to have a script filled here from out of state 3 times. NOT A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. Each time they said "we called and it wasn't refillable". Lies. I have a text from my dr saying she sent it to my pharmacy in Washington and I called my pharmacy in Washington state each time before I went to RiteAid and was told "yes your dr called it in".. The final visit once again, they said they didn't have it, BS. I called my pharmacy in Washington that third and final trip and they said Rite Aid did not call that day and request the meds. Rite aid Lies again. I then went to Walgreens just down the street and it was filled in an HOUR. Rite Aid pharmacy staff's incompetence and willingness to disregard my issue and not bother to try to help is staggering. Don't waste your time.

Things l dont miss about Rite Aid 1. Racial profiling( manager) always rude to my girlfriend for some strange reason... 2. Mean, nasty and insecure manager is always rude 3. Manager scrutinizes customers " who are you to judge anybody " Mind your own business. 4. Fee-fi-fo-fum cashier who acts like she's going to steal somebody lunch money. 5. Nosy worker asked me where l work. "It is none of your business where l work. You don't pay my bills l do !" 6. Cashier questioned me about coupons as if they thought they were fake. 7. Employees reek of cigarettes 8. Panhandlers outside 9. Lines that take forever 10. Their alcohol selection sucks .

staff needs to learn how to work the register, claimed that there was an issue with the card when the cashier just forgot to end the sales. In addition made it seem like she was doing a favor by ringing me up.
