Office hours state open at 9am. Was there at 9:20am, nobody in the building… why post hours if nobody follows them?… Thank you for wasting my time.

First time used this location. Very rude help. She should NOT be interacting with customers. Bad attitude. I completely understand all the bad reviews you get.
