If you want to be misinformed by your agent and be left with thousands to pay out of pocket, then this is the place to give your service to! Claim had been reopened couple times just for it to be denied and left with a wrecked vehicle. All because Allstate lets their agents misguide their clients. Syed left us hanging for 3 months, barely any communication throughout the process. Allstate in general is trash. May give you the best rates, but good luck when you get into a car accident. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Their is not available too often. I need to be able to access a live person during normal business hours and I seldom can at this office. Also, follow up is terrible.

I don't know how this guy is in business. Every time I call it's a voice mail, and on the off chance you can get a hold of someone it's "oh let me call you right back" they never do. As soon as my policy is up I'll be switching. I try to keep my business local so I'm going to state farm down the street.

Office hours are from 9a-6p. Try calling anytime before 12p then it says their office is closed. If you’re not going to assist customers before noon then change your hours. This is ridiculous! I will be transferring to a different Allstate office. Every other one picks up on the first call.

Very knowledgeable about insurance and asked about my needs for rv insurance vs auto insurance. I own an older model rv and an automobile. I don't tow the car. Very satisfied with the service. She went above and beyond. Thank you

Bad experience here. They tell you one thing then do the opposite. No deals here better to try other place. I was over charged on what was promised first. Never going back.

Never answers calls. Bad agent to begin with he over charged and never got me the deals he promised. I was charged two months extra!!!! After I terminated the policies!!!!!

Worst experience I've ever had with an insurance company and I would never to go with Allstate again for my car insurance. Everything started out fine, I got a great quote that was about $30 cheaper than my old car insurance. Then 6 months later without warning they upped my auto insurance from $150 a month to $215 a month. I had no traffic stops or accidents. I tried contacting my agent SEVERAL times about this and she a.) Wouldn't pick up the phone or return my voicemail or b.) When I finally did talk to my agent she said she would get back to me & never even tried to contact me back. I had to call Allstate's 1-800 number to finally get some kind of explanation of why my policy went up almost $70 with no reason and the best explanation I got was Michigan's rates have gone up. I drive a Kia Soul with 250,000 miles on it there's no way I'm going to pay a $70 increase on a car that's pretty much worthless. Anyways now I have to scramble this week and find new car insurance this because of these guys. Thanks Allstate.
