Watch out for the annual fees that they quietly throw in. Next they're going to advertise $1/month. Then fine print with $200 annual fee. Big bold print what the monthly is and super fine print for the annual fees

I love the place just that before I was bringing two people as my guests, but right when I bring my sister the one time they said only one person I’m only allowed to bring and I said I bring two people before, but the one person there kept giving me a attitude only one guest is allowed when I used to bring my fiancé and my dad and they let me bring two people

Planet fitness is good. The place is clean which i like. It not very crowded. A lot of machines to work on.

I came in as a guest of a member, the guy that so called helped us was so rude that l will never join!
It was a Thursday at 10:30 am on July 11th 2024! He face said it all the rolling of his eyes and the way he talked to me was very unprofessional to say the least! If there was a zero star l would have chosen that one! I Was interested in joining but not now even if they offered me a 3 mouth free membership which l know they won't because the $$$$$$$$ is everything!

I'm rating this store with any number below zero. The Wayne planet fitness was laughing about a guy that was coming out to my van to hurt me and my son. Watch the footage on the video tape. They also had a big group of people and employees out on the sidewalk watching.its unbelievable how ignorant people think that's normal. In regards to the m
embership, DONT DO IT. Be careful about Raven and her agitators. This incident happened on 5-27-2024 at 2:10pm in the afternoon. They will also force you to get a membership, and if you don't they will ban you, and you won't get your money back.

I've been out of the gym for a while, but it was very clean and the traffic was super low at 645am. While there are closer locations to my home, I'd much rather drive here if I have the time.
