Got a good running truck but never got my title after half a year of ownership

Do not purchase a vehicle from Payless used cars. Carmen and Bill do shady business. I purchased a car May 2020 and have yet to receive the proper title. They give me the run around everytime I go up there. Full of excuses and empty promises. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
