When did O'Reilly's start hiring people who knew absolutely nothing about cars. They said to my face sorry I don't know anything about cars I'm new So I figured okay well the other guy could answer my simple question. And nope not even a little bit. They were nice and friendly but absolutely no car knowledge kind of thought that was a prerequisite.

My alternator and battery both died, the staff was very helpful. I think their names were Alisa, Casey and Samuel? Great customer service! These people rock!
