Recently had truck repaired under warranty for electrical problem which was fixed. During the repairs, they also rotated my tires which I did not ask for. When I got the truck back back was not driving correctly. Took the truck back and they said tires need to be balanced which they do not do when they rotate and that would be an extra hundred dollars to balance the tires. Going to take the truck back again and ask them to put the tires how they were to begin with. Who would rotate tires without balance? Not safe!

The worse experience I've ever had. I'm in customer service and if I were to do what they have done to us we wouldn't have anyone comeback as repeating customers. I'll not be coming back as customers to this dealership all we had was problems and lies after lies . I will let everyone I know not to do business with this dealership ever again ...CAN'T WAIT UNTIL THESE LEASES ARE OVER WITH!!! what a joke who ever runs this place should be fired!!!

I will never be returning to this dealership. 1. They claim to do a multi-point inspection on your vehicle but they blatantly do not. I had just recently gotten my tires rotated a few days before I got a nail in my tire, when I took my car to discount tire to get the tire patched they informed me they could not even safely patch my tire because the tread was so low, I was not informed of any tire issues when leaving the dealership. 2. When going into my glove box to get my lug key so I could get my tires replaced I then noticed this dealership also failed to return my lug key to me. If I had gotten a fully flat tire on the side of the road I would have been screwed. 3. I visited Gordon Chevrolet today to get my oil changed where they printed me out GMs recommendations for what services should be done at what mileage, it’s completely different than the print out I received from this dealership. They had me complete multiple different services for my vehicle that did not need to be completed for tens of thousands of miles and failed to perform some services, such as a transmission flush that should have been done 20,000 miles ago. 4. Every single time I got my car back after having it serviced the interior reeked of cigar smoke and body odor. Don’t waste your time here. Drive the extra few miles and go to Gordon Chevrolet.

Got an oil change and rotation on 08.02.24. Drove to Tennessee in my 2021 Suburban. The Smoky Mountains Park ranger noticed I only had 5 nuts on one my wheels. The wheel lock was GONE. I went and bought a replacement nut until I got back to Mark Chevy. They originally said it must've not been tightened and "vibrated" off. Turns out the darn thing was in the back at the dealership. I'm sad that there are oil change techs that can't count to six. This is entirely unacceptable. I can't say that I like Mark Chevrolet very much.

We stopped in and visited with Casey this evening. He is a honest man. Very much recommend him. He gave us some pretty good advice that was like a god send. Do yourself a favor and give him a visit if you’re looking for a car.

Called to see how much it would cost to either recharge the ac or replace it in my wife's 19' Trax. They said that it could be between 200 and 500 dollars. So we made the appointment and then after the inspection they told us it would now cost over $2,000.00!! I'd stay way away from their service department! So it costs over $180 for the oil change and the scoping! Totally outrageous!

Steven in the parts department was amazing in helping me get a new set of keys cut for my 24-year-old Camaro after I lost them. He even called the next day at 8:15 am to let me know they'd been cut and were ready for pickup. Amazing service and speed. Highly recommended! See you guys during the Michigan Ave cruise!
